Jacqui Heinrich Schools Lib ‘Journo’ who criticized her questioning of Mayorkas about the terrorist attack

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that the left doesn’t want its political overlords questioned about anything because it might hurt their chances of winning the White House. We see this every day when Kamala Harris runs away from reporters’ microphones and instead chooses to drink beer with Stephen Colbert. Most lapdog media outlets are joyful to play this game, but there are still a few journalists willing to ask tough questions.

Take Jacqui Heinrich of Fox News, for example. She and Peter Doocy are the tag team of Karine Jean-Pierre’s nightmares and, unlike her colleagues, they don’t let the White House sweep things under the rug.

As RedState reported Thursday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas appeared via video at the daily White House briefing to brief the media on the Biden-Harris administration’s hurricane recovery efforts. Heinrich took the opportunity to question Mayorkas about emerging reports of a foiled terrorist attack planned for Election Day by an Afghan national who allegedly entered the U.S. on a Special Immigrant Visa (SIV). At issue was why Mayorkas’ own DHS claimed the terrorist came with an SIV while the State Department claimed that was not the case.

Here’s Heinrich to Mayorkas:

“The State Department tells us that he did not participate in the SIV program, which was subject to rigorous review. They say he was never issued a SIV or immigrant visa and DHS released him into the US. They also expect the court document to be updated.” Reflect this from the Department of Justice side. How was this man brought to the USA? What did he request to come here?”

If a foreigner comes to your country and plans a mass casualty event on Election Day, you may, like Jacqui Heinrich, want to know what exactly is going on and why the government is once again botching national security. Mayorkas bristled, babbled and eventually became incensed. He ended the questioning by saying, “Jacqui, Jacqui, Jacqui, your persistence in asking questions rivals my persistence in answering.”

Heinrich’s insistence angered some people who don’t want the electorate to be well informed, and Aaron Rupar, who describes himself as a “journalist,” tweet from: “Mayorkas didn’t have much patience with a Fox reporter who tried to turn a press release about the federal storm response into a Trump campaign ad.” Ha ha, it’s all a gigantic joke.

Heinrich didn’t show any of this and fought back challenging.

Here is the entirety of her comments to Rupar:

“Oh please. If you got a statement from DHS – which the State Department said was FALSE and the Justice Department needed to clear a COURT file – wouldn’t you want that cleared up? Especially when we all know that KJP would postpone it.” Other authorities? The administration, which can “walk and chew gum” at the same time, should expect that the Homeland Security secretary, who rarely faces reporters, will be asked about an Election Day terrorist attack after the suspect’s arrest this week. He had several questions about the hurricane in addition to opening remarks .

And by the way – it was such a significant discrepancy that other senior administration officials worked quickly to get us the facts that Mayorkas refused to provide at the time.”

Hackers like Rupar apparently need to be reminded that administration officials like Alejandro Mayorkas work for us, the taxpayers, and owe us answers when they put our lives at risk. And there are certainly legitimate questions about who is running the store. Pictures are emerging of Mayorkas shopping for shoes and eating sushi after spending a few hours tending to problems in hurricane-ravaged North Carolina.

And it’s not just Fox News reporters who are noticing the trend of dereliction of duty among key players in the Biden-Harris administration. Republicans are also noticing it with House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). comment“This administration has once again completely failed the American people.” It is insulting that the Secretary is wasting his time eating overpriced sushi rolls at fancy restaurants when he should be working on getting disaster relief relief to people immediately , who urgently need the bare necessities.”
