I remember watching what we called Lindsey Graham 2.0 at the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. The man was on fire – he brutally condemned the blatant smear tactics, not to mention the outright lies, with which Democrats tried to torpedo Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court. And he was right; The tactics the left used in this matter were dishonest, mean, and they didn’t care who knew it. It was an unforgettable sight.
On NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday, Lindsey Graham 2.0 was back, this time calling out Republicans who are Supporting Kamala Harris for President.

“To every Republican who supports you – what the hell are you doing? “They are supporting the most radical candidate in the history of American politics,” Graham said Sunday in an interview with Kristen Welker, host of NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
“The Green New Deal, Medicare for All — she was the last person in the room before Biden decided to withdraw Afghanistan. She was the border tsarina. She cast a deciding vote for the Inflation Reduction Act, which keeps prices high,” Graham said.
“Are you trying to convince me that Donald Trump’s rhetoric is a danger to this country? The danger for this country lies in the politics of [President Joe Biden] and Harris. “Your fingerprints are all over this disaster and I can’t put up with this crap for four more years,” Graham said.
That’s a legitimate question. Why would someone who claims to be a Republican support a Democratic candidate who is arguably to the left of the goofy ancient Bolshevik from Vermont, Bernie Sanders? Why would someone who claims to be a Republican support a woman who can barely string two coherent sentences together without walking into a minefield? not following? Why would someone who claims to be a Republican support a candidate who inexplicably chose the man who let Minneapolis burn as her running mate?
In this case, Graham is right when he asks, “What the hell are you doing?”

NBC’s concern, of course, is Trump’s “rhetoric,” as if the Democrats’ constant chatter about Trump being a “threat to democracy” should simply be ignored.
Trump’s rhetoric has increased in recent weeks after he began proclaiming earlier this month that if elected he would operate the military to fight “the enemy from within.”
The lawsuit was initially directed against Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), although Trump has since expanded the operate to say he would crack down on “far-left lunatics.”
Graham appeared unfazed by Trump’s comments, claiming that Republicans “win and will win, not because of what Donald Trump says, but because of what they’ve done for four years.”
Although Graham and Trump clashed at times during the Trump administration, the South Carolina The senator was an ardent supporter of Trump.
Graham is most likely right about the likelihood of a Republican victory in November, as it is looking increasingly likely. But there is more to do here. If any of the supposedly pro-Harris Republicans are still in office, GOP voters in their jurisdiction need to start looking for primary candidates. In any organization, including a political party, there are some things that are exaggerated. A betrayal like supporting Kamala Harris, frankly, anyone is one of those things. These people should have forced Liz Cheney out of office, and as passions are running high right now, that shouldn’t be too demanding.
I’ve never liked the term RINO. It is too often used to mean “any Republican who disagrees with me on a particular issue.” Because of some of my minarchist positions, this label was attached to me. But honestly, any Republican who would support Kamala Harris over Donald Trump has Schiff for a brain and deserves to be elected as a priority.
