Things aren’t going well for Kamala Harris right now.
She has no contact with the American public. The idea of simply denigrating their opponent as Hitler and his supporters as fascists/Nazis also fails and burns. It gives Americans no reason to vote for her, and it also shows how petty and inadequate she is when her campaign resorts to such tactics.
Plus, she doesn’t explain how she’s going to change the bad things she was a part of while in office, like higher prices and a broken border. People look at her and say, “But why didn’t you fix those problems while you were there?” when she tries to portray herself as a “new way forward.”

Recent polls give Trump an advantage, but they are just polls
Most Americans believe Biden and Harris are taking us down the wrong path, and that’s one of the gigantic things that will likely hurt it, as CNN’s Harry Enten explained while laying out the three gigantic signs that point to that Trump would win:
If Trump wins, the signs were there from the start.
No incumbent party has won another term when so few voters say the country is on the right track (28%), or when the president’s net approval rating is so low (Biden’s at -15 points).
There are also gigantic gains in Republican registration in key states. pic.twitter.com/knDQ2HOFtJ

He found that only 28 percent of American voters believe the country is on the right track. He explained that if 25 percent of people think that, the incumbent party has always lost, he said. To win, he needs to be closer to 42 percent. As Enten noted, “28 percent look more like 25.” when it looks like 42. “The bottom line is that very few Americans believe the country is on the right track at this point,” the analyst said.
Then there is the question of the approval of incumbent Biden, who is under water at 15 points with a negative approval rating. Morning co-host John Berman asked, “What weight is that?” [he] “A big problem,” replied Enten. The analyst again notes that if this happened in the past, i.e. in recent history, the people who follow him – in this case Harris – have lost. Harris did it to defy history, Enten concluded.
Then finally there were the GOP voter registration gains. Kudos to Scot Presler for this and a greater focus on registrations. Enten noted that there have been gigantic increases in Republican registrations in Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. At 2:49, Berman gave the audience a twisted look, and Enten said, “You can’t say you weren’t warned,” that all the signs must have been there.
The RealClear Politics poll shows Trump with a one-point lead in battleground states and ahead in every state except Michigan, where he trails him by just 0.5 points. The RCP now has a 0.4 escalate in the statewide vote. So these are also signs that, given recent history, also give Trump an advantage.
