Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials are reportedly worried there will be a “bloodbath” of layoffs after President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Which is strange, since our friends in the mainstream media have previously pointed out that the term “bloodbath” is a secret siren call to violence.
Kerry Picket from the Washington Times spoke with several inside sources who claim top officials at the office are “stunned” and “shocked” by Trump’s overwhelming victory in Tuesday’s election.
Trump didn’t just win – he received an overwhelming mandate from the American people, along with solid Republican control of the Senate and most likely maintaining control of the House of Representatives.
There will be little standing in the way of implementing Trump’s policies and programs.
Who will go to the FBI first?
Knowing this, the FBI employees appear to be worried about their livelihood. According to insiders, it starts at the top, with director Christopher Wray.
“It’s a countdown to Wray because [people here] “I don’t think he’ll stick around to get fired after what Trump did to Comey,” the first source said. “Trump will say, ‘Yeah, fire his ass off.’ Don’t let him fly home.’”
Wray, who oversaw the malicious prosecution of Trump supporters who took part in the largely peaceful protest called “June 6.” estimated the number – along with DHS informants – by the dozens), should Be the first to receive a pink slip.
Trump has previously called for this Wray to resign for covering up President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline in his testimony to Congress. He does not need to be given the opportunity to resign. Fire him. Day one.

It’s not just Wray
But aside from Wray, other FBI executives also fear their jobs could be at risk.
“Others on the 7th floor of the FBI are so worried about their own jobs that they are likely to flood the private security job market in Washington, D.C.,” the report said.
According to their sources, no one feels secure from being fired and assumes that Trump will “tear the house to pieces when he gets in,” which would trigger a spectacular “bloodbath.”
Of course from an HR perspective. From her lips to Trump’s ears.
The FBI is afraid of this @ElonMusk DOGE:
“If he’s trying to create efficiency at headquarters, there will be five people there… if he’s talking about a lot of dead weight,” a second FBI source said.
“Try to find a person who actually works,” the source said. “That could be…” https://t.co/Fry1LKLEDu

They are also afraid of Elon Musk
Perhaps the most notable aspect of this recent report involves FBI sources admitting that they are worried that Elon Musk will also come in and immaculate things up.
During the election campaign, Trump made a promise to set up a state efficiency commission that would examine the entire federal government. Musk would reportedly lead the effort.
A source told the Times that reducing waste at the FBI will naturally lead to massive staff cuts because waste is everywhere in this partisan cesspool.
“If he’s trying to create efficiency at headquarters, there will be five people there… if he’s talking about a lot of dead weight,” they said, according to Picket.
“Try to find a person who is actually working,” they continued, suggesting that the FBI was clearly “bloated.”
Well, we know someone works there. Over time. Because they filed charges against over 1,265 people in connection with the J6 cases.
Speaking of which: The Times notes that some employees who didn’t appreciate being forced to work on a J6 schedule were amused by “that Trump [likely] apologizes to everyone involved” in these cases.
Other federal employees fear being fired
It’s not just the folks at the FBI who fear President-elect Donald Trump, Vice President-elect JD Vance and efficiency czar Elon Musk will come immaculate.
Just weeks after the election, a report surfaced about various government agencies coming to terms with the fact that their jobs could be at stake if Trump defeated Kamala Harris.
A gigantic portion of those federal employees who wanted to jump ship were at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). They wanted out of a department they believed would serve a Trump administration intent on eliminating waste and overspending.
A couple complained that they were being forced to do this They put off buying a recent car and renovating their house because they feared losing their jobs.
Oh, humanity.
Early in his campaign, Trump announced a plan to immaculate up the federal government and address gridlocked federal bureaucracy by requiring all federal employees to pass a civil service test to demonstrate their understanding of the United States Constitution.
Requiring federal employees, particularly those at the FBI, to demonstrate that they understand the Constitution will in itself eliminate a significant amount of bloat.
The Biden-Harris administration has weaponized every aspect of the Justice Department to put its political opponents in prison. They have used every facet of other government agencies to interfere in your personal life through regulations and economic policies that cause hardship.
Start the cleanup on January 20th. Mr. Trump, go ahead and “smash the place to pieces.”
