#1 – Kyrsten Sinema drags Chuck Schumer and the Lib reactions are gold – by Bonchie

They’re so livid and I’ll be here every second. When they start bringing up slavery, which, by the way, was an institution of the Democratic Party, you know the situation is challenging. Still, I would love for one of these people to explain to me how Sinema got Trump elected president. She didn’t run for re-election and allowed the Democrats to be as wild and crazy as they wanted. That’s what got Trump elected, not maintaining the filibuster.

I’ll be candid. I will miss Sinema. Yes, she’s a liberal with whom I mostly disagree, but she was a throwback to the kind of senator we need more of, not less. The hunger for power can blind people and convince them that if they just push a little further, they will achieve their utopia. That will never happen, and the remaining filibuster is good for the country.

#2 – DELICIOUS: The View’s Not-So-Sunny Hostin is forced to read yet another “Legal Note” live on air – from Teri Christoph

Here is every glorious word:

Matt Gaetz has long denied all allegations and has not been charged with any crime. Gaetz previously denied allegations that he paid for sex, saying, “Someone is trying to classify my generosity to ex-girlfriends as something unpleasant.”

Another legal note: Pete Hegseth’s lawyers said he paid the woman in 2023 to avoid a baseless lawsuit. He has denied any wrongdoing

The producers played music over the statement, and the sheep in the studio audience laughed on cue, but that didn’t take away from the glory of watching these broads eat crow. You never learn, do you? Plus, the gigantic, unanswered question has always been who actually listens to this crap.

You might get tired of us saying it here at RedState, but that’s how it is. Republicans must (figuratively) put their boots on the necks of these spooks of hate and lies…repeatedly and often. Make them choke on their own words, make them read legal statements, make them repeat their inane stories over and over again.

#3 – UPDATED: A radical judge just got a lifetime appointment because Republicans didn’t show up to stop him – by Teri Christoph

If Republicans don’t have the hunger and determination to scuttle this lame-duck Senate session by preventing Joe Biden’s radical judicial appointments from being confirmed, then that hardly speaks to their tenacity to boldly enact meaningful change once they take control of the chamber January.

The second Trump administration could begin now, but Republicans need to be there in person to show who is in charge. Senator Manchin has stated He will not choose a Biden judicial nominee who does not have the endorsement of Republicans. So it’s strenuous to imagine a more perfect opportunity for Republicans to stop the kind of left-wing judicial activism they’ve railed against for years.

#4 – Comcast Makes Decision to Leave Its Sinking Ship MSNBC, Rats and All Behind – by Brad Slager

Since that previous announcement from NBC-U, the outlook for its left-wing news network has only gotten worse, and Donald Trump’s victory has brought things to recent lows. First, there was the revelation that Al Sharpton pocketed a tidy sum from Kamala Harris’ generous campaign, which awarded the evil vicar $500,000, and that he paid it back to Kamala when he did a tongue bath interview on October 20th gave. This is a sedate breach of journalistic ethics, and the channel’s leaders have not addressed this payola scandal in any way.

Then, since the election, MSNBC saw its ratings plummet. In the days immediately following the result, the station lost more than 50 percent of its audience, and the situation only worsened from there. The following week they plunged to levels not seen in decades, and recent yields have shown no recovery. Then came the gigantic admission.

#5 – The Left’s Favorite Military Expert, Malcolm Nance, Has Backed Himself into a Corner – by Jim Thompson

Back to Nance’s current social media dispute(s). Parke is a veteran who says he has received “two awards for good behavior” and hosts a veteran-focused podcast called “ The team house. Nance entered Parke’s X feed and, after some back and forth, said he would participate in an interview for $25,000.

Parke pointed out that he, like hundreds of other veterinarians, wanted Nance to answer straight questions. I have a few of my own, such as:

  • Were you employed by the CIA and when?
  • Were you employed by the NSA and when?
  • Did you really “teach” SERE or just watch the clock at the school desk?
  • Did you go to Scout Sniper School or just stay at a Holiday Inn?

This threw the “deal” into disarray. Nance then said, as if he were a juvenile genie out of the bottle, that he would only answer ONE question – not even three.
