It’s been a tough few years for former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney (right). She initially served as vice chairwoman on the House J6 Committee, and despite some underhanded tactics and Hollywood production values, they failed to convince voters that the events of January 6, 2021 were their top priority or that Donald Trump Bars had to be deceived for his alleged role.
Then she was defeated in her re-election bid in 2022 and didn’t even make it past the primary. Apparently, voters in the Cowboy State weren’t particularly impressed with her work on the J6 committee.

Liz Cheney has not left the Republican Party. We threw them out. pic.twitter.com/wP06tPg0yv– Big Fish (@BigFish3000) October 4, 2024
Cheney was still not tired of the defeat and supported the Democrats appointed candidate Kamala Harris for president and even fought with her in the election campaign. As we know, Trump defeated Kamala in both the Electoral College and popular votes. Thanks, Liz.
She will soon find out that Democrats weed out any Republican who criticizes another Republican, but then turn on that person once their usefulness has expired, which is certainly the case with Cheney.
Desperate for attention, Cheney is back to spreading baseless narratives about her nemesis Trump after the president-elect told NBC that members of the J6 Committee should go to prison “for what they did.” Liz vented a statement:
“Here is the truth: Donald Trump “I attempted to overturn the 2020 presidential election and seize power,” Cheney said in a statement to The Hill.
“He mobilized an angry mob and sent them to the United States Capitol, where he attacked police officers, broke into the building and stopped the official counting of electoral votes. “Trump watched on television as police officers were brutally beaten and the Capitol was attacked, and for hours refused to tell the mob to leave,” Cheney said.
“This was the worst violation of our Constitution by a president in our country’s history. “Donald Trump’s proposal to jail members of Congress who later investigated his illegal and unconstitutional actions is a continuation of his attack on the rule of law and the foundations of our republic.”
There is so much wrong with this overheated rhetoric, starting with the fact that on January 6, Trump called on his supporters to “make their voices heard peacefully and patriotically.” Hardly any calls to overthrow the government.
A joke: Juan Williams wins Politician of the Year and OMG we can’t stop laughing
Even some on the left are calling out recent anti-Trump media hoaxes involving Liz Cheney
Here’s the clip that puts Cheney’s panties in such a twist:

“…What her for [J6 Committee members] Frankly, they should go to prison,” Trump said.
The J6 Committee was a sham from start to finish, from the hiring of a Hollywood producer to the histrionics and false narratives. There are stories that Biden might preemptively pardon Cheney and others for their actions, but as many ask: Why would she need a pardon if she did nothing wrong?
The Error Committee: Liz Cheney joins her pal Adam Schiff in intentionally lying about what happened on January 6th
The J6 Committee is arrested while trying to spread nonsense
Liz Cheney’s act has grown tired, and the election results show that Americans simply aren’t buying the inflammatory, hyperbolic language that she, former Illinois Rep. Adam Kinzinger and others like freshman Sen. Adam Schiff (D) continue to spew . It’s time to complete the transformation and go to MSNBC, Liz, if they want you.
