The Fox interviewer asked whether the government had spent $750,000 to determine whether the moon landing was “one small step for a human” or “one small step for a human.” What the hell? Smith is by no means a Republican. It leans sharply to the left. That he was red pilled during the Jan. 6 protests is an indication of the extent to which Democrats have overreached on this issue.

Morning rumination
Yesterday I attended a celebration of life for a friend who was gone far too soon, but still lived a full life – one that he was able to fill with love and lithe despite some adversity. He leaves behind a loving wife, with whom he lived since their slow teens, as well as a daughter and two sons. His wife found the strength to give his eulogy – I’m not sure how, but she did. And when she did, I was more certain than ever that he was with us, just like God. I don’t know how to put it more clearly. Her presence was unmistakable. I am grateful for this moment and for the reminder to make the most of our time here.
