With each day approaching Donald Trump’s second inauguration, one can sense the left’s desperation as its political winter begins. They have a long list of radical things they would like to see happen before the floats haul Joe Biden’s stuff out of the White House, and time is running out.

One of the sticks that the Democrats want to apply against the up-to-date Trump administration is the judiciary. Come January, they won’t control either the executive or legislative branches, so they’ll have to figure out how to strengthen their power in the only remaining branch: the judiciary.

As if on cue, here are the “resignations” of Democratic-appointed or anti-Trump activist judges who had already announced their retirement and had one foot, in some cases both, out in the open.

RedState legal expert Susie Moore reported on this phenomenon earlier this month.

Politicians are notorious for changing their minds, typically in the direction that makes the most political sense to them. Judges generally are not.

But two federal judges have changed their plans to retire – and so does Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (Republican of Kentucky). no one was particularly joyful about it.

The Senate GOP leader On Monday, two federal judges criticized the decision to reverse their announced resignations after former Republican President Trump won re-election in November.

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., criticized the two “partisan Democratic district judges” after they announced plans to “come out of retirement” after “the American people voted to fire the Democrats last month.”

“Historically, only two justices have ever retired following a presidential election. A Democrat in 2004 and a Republican in 2009. But now, in just a few weeks, the Democrats have already equaled that all-time record. “It’s hard to draw a conclusion that this is anything but open partisanship,” McConnell said in a speech on the Senate floor.

McConnell, as Susie reported, was angered by decisions by Judge Algenon Marbley of the U.S. District Court of Ohio and U.S. District Judge Max Cogburn of North Carolina to change course from their previously announced plans Upper stateSwhich resulted in Trump being able to fill two district court vacancies.

NEW: Federal judges decide to retire, and Mitch McConnell isn’t joyful about it

The New York Times just published a grotesque left-wing “to-do” list for Joe Biden’s final weeks in office

And McConnell was justified in his anger because of the fact that Senate Democrats had done this agreed to let Trump fill several vacancies in the district court.

The latest judge to “come out of retirement” and take a vacancy away from the president-elect is US District Judge James Wynn, 70, of the Fourth US Circuit Court of Appeals, appointed by Barack Obama. Wynn informed President Joe Biden announced Friday that he was reversing course, writing, “I apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused.”

Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC), whose state falls under Judge Wynn’s jurisdiction, called Foul:

“Judge Wynn’s outrageously partisan decision to rescind his retirement is an unprecedented move that shows that some judges are nothing more than politicians in robes. Judge Wynn is clearly questioning the fact that Donald Trump has just been elected president, and this decision is a slap in the face before the US Senate, which has reached a bipartisan agreement to confirm his successor until he is sworn in “We have to wait until the next Congress in January.”

After Wynn’s announcement The Article III Projecta conservative advocacy group led by Trump ally Mike Davis, said She planned to file judicial misconduct lawsuits against Judges Marbley and Cogburn for revoking their retirements after Donald Trump’s Nov. 5 victory.

Once is a coincidence. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is a pattern. The Democratic Party and its lackeys are desperate; Be on the lookout for more attempts to hijack the judiciary before Inauguration Day.
