President Joe Biden mishandled classified documents during his tenure in the U.S. Senate, as vice president, and as a private citizen. There’s no doubt about it – it happened. Biden had stacks of documents in his Delaware home, boxes of classified documents in his garage, and mountains of classified material, none of which was declassified because he had no authority to declassify documents before 2021. And yet he escaped prosecution. Reasonable people ask, “Why?”

As Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded his investigation into Joe Biden’s blatant and obvious violation of the law, America learned why Joe Biden had given Hur the impression that Joe was a doddering, foolish elderly man with a bad memory and that a jury would feel sorry for the bumbling octogenarian. Conviction was unlikely when you were sitting at the defendant’s table with a slurring and forgetful elderly man.

Biden’s White House tried to whitewash Hur’s comments because the report had already been released. When the public read the report, the White House communications team and Democratic apparatchiks rushed to Joe’s defense, claiming he was in full control and Hur was essentially lying. For example, Biden and his acolytes claimed that Hur mentioned Biden’s son Beau.

In response, Hur released the transcript of the testimony, which confirmed that Biden had again misrepresented key facts. Biden mentioned his son, not Hur’s team. Additionally, Biden had difficulty understanding and answering questions.

The transcript was unimpeachable. Biden had struggled to answer questions on paper. The White House had hoped that would be the end of the matter. Biden had avoided prosecution for document misuse. Biden believed he had avoided hearing Joe publicly in his own words. There was an audio recording of Biden’s testimony. When Republicans and an interested public asked to hear the recording, the Justice Department refused. But why?

Judicial Watch is a public watchdog organization that does an excellent job of exposing what public officials want to hide from citizens. When Attorney General Merrick Garland refused to release the audio recordings of Biden’s fights, Judicial Watch filed suit.

On Friday, Judicial Watch found that Biden’s lapdog of a Justice Department is refusing to release the transcripts for three reasons: privacy, “AI could change Biden’s vote,” and executive privilege.

Accordingly Judicial monitoring:

Judicial Watch announced that the White House authorized in federal court that the transcript of President Joe Biden’s testimony before special counsel Robert Hur is misleading, missing “filler words (such as ‘um’ or ‘uh’)” and words that “may have been uttered repeatedly (such as ‘I, me’ or ‘and, and’)” that were sometimes “listed only once in the transcripts.” In its up-to-date motion, the Biden Justice Department makes extraordinary claims of executive privilege and privacy to conceal the Biden audio recordings. The agency makes the unprecedented claim that the material should be kept secret because “AI” could be used to alter Biden’s words.

All of the reasons given are flimsy. The transcripts were released, so claiming Biden has a privacy problem when his words are already public is downright absurd. Claiming Biden’s voice can change what Biden actually said is a remarkably silly argument. AI can be used to do this with the transcripts alone. In fact, releasing the audio would “mute” any AI change. And finally, executive privilege is completely ridiculous because the public has the transcript.

What Judicial Watch has now revealed is that even the transcript is incorrect. It has been altered so that Biden’s obvious fumbling in answering questions does not confirm that he is a shaky elderly man. Rather, it confirms that the Justice Department is not acting in the public interest but in Biden’s self-interest. The Justice Department does not want the audio released because it would undoubtedly confirm that Hur was right about one thing. Biden is a shaky elderly man who has no business being in the Oval Office.

The release of the audio recording would reveal that Biden is unfit for office. Any office, let alone the Chief Executive of the United States.

I have taken hundreds of witness statements, and the most damning are those that the fact-checker can see with his own eyes and hear with his own ears. Video is best, but audio is the next best thing. I have no doubt that if most people were allowed to hear Biden’s speech, they would be stunned by how incompetent he sounds. Biden has trouble with basic, uncomplicated tasks like answering basic, uncomplicated questions.

The release of the audio recording may not be Joe’s death rattle, but it could at least partially convince the undecided that Biden is simply not fit for office.
