On Tuesday, Chief Justice John Roberts, in his 2024 year-end report on the federal judiciary, expressed mighty condemnations and criticized attacks by officials, including elected leaders, that he said went too far and that sometimes included attempts to intimidate and/or threaten judges/judges Life when a judgment or decision doesn’t work out for someone.

“Attempts to intimidate judges over their decisions in cases are inappropriate and should be vigorously opposed,” Roberts suggested in his 15-page book report. “Officials certainly have the right to criticize the work of the judiciary, but they should be aware that intemperance in their statements to judges can provoke dangerous reactions in others.”

He continued: “Every government suffers defeats in the court system – sometimes in cases with significant implications for the executive or legislative branches or other consequential issues.” However, in recent years, he noted that some (unnamed) governments “face the specter of open defiance the rulings of federal courts,” which, in his opinion, were “dangerous proposals” that “must be resolutely rejected.”

As Democrats’ attacks on the Supreme Court have reached dangerous and unprecedented levels in recent years, we turn to Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), who saw the news about Roberts’ report and launched a lawsuit attack from yourself:

The reasons for the Supreme Court’s imploding importance are largely self-inflicted – no ethics, no restraint, no reality check, among other things. Time to reflect and reform.

Needless to say, Blumenthal’s attack did not go according to plan given his extremely controversial past (which includes credible and verified claims of stolen valor):

Maggie Speaks makes the point here especially considering the unwritten rule in politics that Democrats are, more often than not, the ones guilty of the very unethical, uninhibited things they accuse their political opponents of.

Furthermore, the only “reform” Democrats are ever interested in typically involves no self-reflection on the absurdity of their woke, unpopular political positions and tactics. Instead, their version of “reform” is all about paralyzing Republicans and essentially forcing them, from a procedural standpoint, to shut up and accept whatever the Democrats have to offer.

The Supreme Court will be fine. The Democrats in the Senate, on the other hand? Well, considering they came under pressure in November, they are clearly in the minority now and will have plenty of time to reflect on their “imploding stature” and what could have been had they spent more time on it , to reform instead of showing Americans the people they really were, with their un-American attacks and threats to the conservative judges.

I’m just saying it.
