Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (IL) announced that his transition to Democrat was almost complete, recalling the 2021 Capitol protests as if they were worse than a war zone and even admitting that he believed he had to “shoot so many Americans.” as many bullets as I had in my gun” to protect himself.
Kinzinger made the comments in an interview with Forbes that was published on Friday. In it, he describes filming a documentary called “The Last Republican” as if it were therapy for his incredibly feeble psyche.
“It was at that moment that I realized how much harm had been done to me and that I had been putting it off,” he said, discussing the film. “That interview was probably the most healing thing psychologically, even if I spent a year talking to someone at the counseling center just to get all of that off my chest.”
Wait, did he just admit that he had to seek counseling because of the relatively routine protests at the Capitol? The guy is basically AOC with less testosterone.
Adam Kinzinger is solidifying his position as the Democrats’ favorite political prostitute
The former congressman, now just a CNN commentator, suggested that the Republican Party’s support of President-elect Donald Trump represents such a massive ideological shift that he realizes he is now essentially part of the resistance party.
“The thing that surprised me the most about this, and this is the funny thing about the last couple of years, is that I’ve been building these new alliances, like realizing that because of the way the Republican Party “Probably closer to a Democrat now has changed,” he admitted. “The Democrats are now the party that defends America’s role in the world, defends Ukraine, which is what I really care about.”
You’re the one who’s changed, Adam. Your inability to grasp this concept – that you have abandoned every conservative principle you have ever held because the gigantic, bad orange guy hurt your feelings – is the reason you are currently suffering psychologically .
Do you need proof of this? Listen to his latest account of the events of January 6th. From admitting that he went to the Capitol that day to seek violence, to being armed and barricading himself in his office, to thinking about shooting as many people as possible.
The guy is a textbook example of a nervous breakdown.

“I knew there would be violence. I predicted violence and went in with my gun for the first time,” said the broken shell of a man ForbesHe later remarked, “I remember walking through the Capitol and seeing these MAGA hats and walking around.”
The guy was afraid of MAGA hats. Which he probably only could have seen if he was standing on a milk crate to be eye level with these people.
“I heard all this commotion, the firing of non-lethal munitions, the screaming and shouting, and I remember feeling this sense of darkness. I’ve never felt it before. I’ve been in the war and I’ve never felt this feeling before.” “The feeling that something dark is happening,” Kinzinger remembers. “At this point I had to barricade myself in my office and sat there in complete disbelief.”
If you don’t think he isn’t seriously afraid of the people in MAGA hats walking slowly through the Capitol, occasionally stopping to take a selfie, you’re wrong. As he said, he clearly felt that he was now at war.
He thought about it. Alone. In the shadowy. Under his desk.
“I sat there for about 30 minutes and thought I might have to shoot as many Americans as I had in my gun to protect myself,” Kinzinger confessed. “I still don’t really feel like it happened, but it’s one of those days that sticks out in my mind like 9/11 and the day I shot the Milwaukee stabbing man.”
Just like 9/11, right? Congratulations, Adam; Her transition from man to Democrat is complete.
Adam Kinzinger stomps his little foot and insists he’s not afraid of Trump’s prison threat
This isn’t the first time “crying” Adam has used the 9/11 analogy. He once considered himself a hero in the war against Trump and his MAGA supporters. A hero on the level of Todd Beamer.
In an interview with Wolf Blitzer, Kinzinger said people need to stand up against Trump just as Beamer and the passengers on United Flight 93 did against terrorists on September 11th.
“When you think about the heroics of Flight 93 that saved the Capitol in 2001, it wasn’t just Todd Beamer,” Kinzinger said. “Everyone stood up and said we’ve had enough.”
In his latest interview, Kinzinger, who actually published a biographical book called “Renegade,” laments how many people in his life are ashamed of him for pretending to be a bada** when it comes to fighting Trump goes.
From a co-pilot in Iraq who sent him a text “saying he was ashamed to have ever flown with me and fought with me,” to his extended family who sent him a certified letter saying it was said that he was “part of the devil’s army.”
Despite all this, Kinzinger says at least he knows his son won’t be ashamed of the family name, unlike the rest of America.
“Saying this almost makes me choke, but I know he won’t be ashamed of being a Kinzinger when he reads about this time in history, and it’s worth it.”
I don’t know, man. Being a paid prostitute for the Democratic Party who thought he had to start playing duck hunt in MAGA hats at the Capitol doesn’t exactly inspire pride.
