Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky) stated that he would be a “no” voice about Donald Trump’s most troubling candidate: former or Member of the congregation Lori Chavez deremer. Trump typed on the one -term congress member of the Labor Secretary, possibly because of her recording, to deal with unions against the wishes of franchisors, petite businesses and independent experts.
As one of the three republican sponsors of the unpopular Pro law and the conversion of unions in their re-election campaign, Chavez deremer clearly made her bed into the detriment of the American worker with pro union interests.
As I wrote in November when the nomination was first announced:
Now that Chavez deremer has lost its headquarters in the congress, it is in the perfect position to add more damage. Many freelancers see them as O’Brien’s Trojan horse to influence the resurrection of the Pro law and to see the regulatory version, which was enforced in the final, independent contractor rule in biden-harris. As a first semester congress, Chavez deremer was a co-sponsor of the Pro law and another law that is a direct attack on independent specialists. This gives a window that could possibly lead the US Ministry of Labor.
This final “no” by Paul and the potential that more republicans will also position themselves with him gives those of us who have opposed a little hope of Chavez deremer’s nomination right from the start.

It reflects the destitute quality of the nomination of Chavez deremer that Paul said that she could lose 15 other Republicans. The Chavez-Denemer’s X-time axis shows that she worked challenging to win the support committee. Despite Paul’s assessment, this is not a guarantee that your confirmation will fail.
Thanks to the Democrats and the Republican Squishes in the committee, she will go out of her hand, and as Paul further claimed, she could win all 47 democratic senators because she is so pro-Unitation. While the Republicans still hold the majority in the Senate, 15 members who do not want to vote for the Chavez deremer are not sufficient to limit this choice. Independent specialists, petite companies and franchisants must continue to boost our votes against this candidate, as we have cut out our work for ourselves.
