The Washington Post reported on Friday that Lebryk had resigned from his position after Musk and his Doge organization had applied for access to sensitive finance ministries.
“The budgetary service fulfills some of the most important functions of the government,” said Lebryk in a letter to national workers. “Our work may be unknown to most of the public, but that doesn’t mean that it is not exceptionally vital. I am grateful that I was able to work with some of the best and most talented employees in the country. “
The letter to the legislator was sent on Tuesday afternoon, while hundreds of demonstrators before us Treasury, signs, drums and sung slogans against the decision of the finance department to hand over access to sensitive payment systems.
