Every day on which MP Jamie Raskin (D-MD) is called is a good day, and I am cheerful to report that Tuesday was one of these good days.
Raskin is of course one of the faces of the latest incarnation of resistance ™ movement, which is one of the loudest and most rude voices that have complained about the DOGES led by Elon Muschus from DOGE, fraud, abuse and inefficiencies in our root Federal institutions that even suggested bizarre at a point that Musk tried to carry out a “coup” and that it was talking about “complaining”.
Raskin was also how Redstate readers will remember, the house democrat who headed the J6 era’s impact effort against President Trump and who also tried to stop his election certification in 2017.

The sub-committee of the House Justice in relation to the administrative state, the regulatory reform and antitrust law organized a hearing on Tuesday with the title “Reining in the administrative state: regulatory and administrative law reform”.
While the goal of the hearing “Give the members the opportunity to investigate concerns about the administrative state, with a special focus on procedures for regulating agencies and the internal decision -making contracts,” Raskin and other Democrat members of the Musk Committee focus on IT.
This was deeply insulted, one of the witnesses, author and entrepreneur Magatte Wade, a woman born in Senegal, who moved from Africa to America in 1998, became a citizen in 2018 and has first -hand experiences with what over -regulated people and countries can be overlooked .
Wade that runs a business in Texas after trying it out in California and New York opinionfrom which she started from which she was called to give her testimony. But she refused early to deal with how Raskin carried out at the hearing.
Mr. Raskin, her words used to be very concerned, and I will tell you why. If you say we are here and should be here to talk about Mr. Elon Musk and all the “unconstitutional” things he does and you said we should not be here to talk about regulation or the like. First of all, I would like to say, why do you have me here?
As an entrepreneur, my time is valuable. I came here because I thought we would talk about the regulatory state and why it was critical. So you have to choose. I am deeply offended about what you said there.

Because where I come from, the over -regulation means that we are where we are. My continent of Africa is the poorest region in the world today because it happens to be the most over -regulated region in the world. So if you don’t see the value of [reining in] Boarding regulation when you need and want to wait for this country like most African countries – I don’t know. I love this country and I don’t want it to go down there.
