Judge Contreras was based on a very shaky precedent from 1935 Humphrey’s executor against United States. In my opinion, this precedent was unconstitutional and not republican of “independent” board members and commissions that perform executive functions, but are not responsible for the man in which the “Executive power” of the United States is “justified”. Another similar case, that of the special advisor Hampton Dellinger, is at the Supreme Court; Trump sends a scorching appeal against the DC Court decision, in which bidges are appointed to the Supreme Court – Redstate. In this case, Trump released Dellinger, who had the same legal protection as MSPB judge. A judge ordered Dellinger to be reinstated, and the Supreme Court will receive Dellinger’s response to the government’s objections on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
