What is from Trump’s major law as a Senate race in and from July fourth period

Washington (Nexstar) – Republicans from House and Senate contradict the signature tax of President Donald Trump and the legislation, the so -called gigantic, attractive calculation, and now it seems less likely that the Republicans will be passed on the deadline of the Republicans on July 4.

The Republicans still have to have substantial differences because the president tells them that they should simply do it.

“We feel very good in terms of the path we are on. And to bring this over the finish line until the end of the week,” said the majority leader of the Senate, John Thun (Rs.d.).

Some Republicans of the house remain on the fence, suspicious of changes that their colleagues want to do.

“Either we have a deal, or we don’t. And we are far from the deal,” said Rep. Nick Lalota (Rn.Y.).

The state and local tax or salt deductions remain a great deal of opinion. House GOP members want to raise the deduction to $ 40,000, while the Republicans of the Senate want to keep it at the current limit of 10,000 US dollars.

“I am not sure whether the Senate understand exactly how important this problem is for the house, especially five members of the Swing District, who built up this majority here in the house,” said Lalota.

Another sticking point remains potential cuts in the controller of Medicaid providers that could damage hospitals, especially in rural areas.

“We are working on a solution for rural hospitals. And that has been in the works for several days,” said Thun.

There are also disagreements on child tax credits and pristine energy finance.

The legislator also contradicts the fact that health savings accounts for memberships in the gym or the question of whether electrical or hybrid car owners have to pay an annual fee.

“The more Americans learn something about this large, ugly bill, the more they hate it,” said Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.) of the Senate.

Democrats say that when the house version was bad, what the Senate has is worse.

“The Democrats of the Senate did the drum and did our best to show exactly what the bill does. And the more we learn about the calculation, the more terrible,” said Schumer.

The Republicans do not agree to this assessment and at the same time do not agree what is in their own final version.

“This is the legislation of which we believe that it implemented the president’s agenda and that our country makes our country safer, stronger and more successful,” said Thun.

The Senate can hold a vote by the end of this week or early next week.
