The Trump administration said on Friday that the Ministry of Education from Oregon was investigating after receiving a complaint from a conservative non-profit group in which the state was claimed that the Civil Rights Act was violated by allowing transgender girls to take part in girls sports teams.

It is the latest escalation in the efforts of the Republican administration to exclude transgender athletes from women’s sports teams across the country. President Donald Trump signed an executive order in February to block trans girls from participating in sports teams who were brought into harmony with their gender identity.

According to the administration, transgender athlete guidelines violate title IX, the Federal Law of 1972, prohibits discrimination against gender. Proponents of Trump’s ban say that it rests fairness in sporting competitions, but the opponents say that bans are an attack on transgender youth.

The Oregon’s investigation by a complaint by the America First Policy Institute, in which athletes with a high school duty athlete had lost medals and competitive opportunities for transgender athletes. This is followed by an investigation at the beginning of this year in Portland Public School and the state management committee for high school sports due to alleged violations of titles IX for the enabling of transmission girls to take part in the sports sports.

At the beginning of this month, the administration sued the California Ministry of Education because transgender girls were able to compete in the girls’ sports teams and claims that the directive violates the federal law. In April, Trump also submitted a lawsuit in which Maine had violated IX by allowed transmitters and women to kick other athletes.

The deputy deputy secretary for civil rights, Craig Trainor, said in a publication on Friday that the administration does not allow for educational institutions to “continue to allow the rights of women”.

“If Oregon allows men to participate in women’s sports, it enables these men to steal the awards and opportunities, who rightly deserve female competitors through hard work and Grit, and at the same time ignore the security, dignity and privacy of women and girls,” said coach.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Education by Oregon said that it did not comment on pending examinations. An Oregon School Activities Association said that the group had no additional comment at that time.

Oregon Law allows trans students to take part in sexual sports teams that correspond to their “consistently applicable gender identity” and says that they cannot be excluded solely on their gender identity.

Three high school athletes say that they violated IX titles and submitted a lawsuit against Oregon in early July to cancel all of the sports documents defined by transgender girls and to prevent them from participating in girls sports events.

In the complaint submitted to the US district court in Oregon in Oregon, the policy of the state is affected by the loss of competition, progress of higher events and the ability to earn titles or to secure scholarships. In the lawsuit, at least one event for athletics at a Portland High School was listed at an athletics event this spring, in which a trans-athlete won two races and set up season records.

More than two dozen states have enacted laws that run out of transgender women and girls at certain sports competitions. Some guidelines were blocked in court. The Supreme Court of the United States has agreed to hear a case of state restrictions on which sports teams of transgender athletes can join.
