The mainstream media, as usual, is doing its part to aid and abet the Biden administration/campaign in its attempt to counteract the mountains of evidence – shown in video form – that show Joe Biden looking lost, dazed, confused, wooden, and just generally unwell.

The all-out pressure from the usual suspects, starting with White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, followed a series of disturbing clips, one of which shows former President Barack Obama gently leading Biden off the stage at a fundraiser in Hollywood on Saturday. Those clips raise further questions about Biden’s age and his fitness to lead the country ahead of the presidential election.

These deeply problematic moments date back well before Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election, but the left-wing media’s penchant for covering the Democrats goes back much further.

But last week, the “cheap fake arguments” of the so-called reporters who want to make you believe that they are genuinely committed to stamping out so-called phony news and alleged misinformation caught the attention of Fox News host Greg Gutfeld, who put things in perspective on Tuesday’s “The Five” as only he can:

“Where were these anti-fake people on the ‘fine people hoax’, the ‘bleach drinking hoax’, the ‘koi pond hoax’, the ‘migrant children in cages hoax’, the ‘border patrol flogging migrants hoax’, the ‘lab leak is a conspiracy theory hoax’, the ‘Russian collusion hoax’…?”

RedState readers know and understand all too well that the mainstream media was on par with the Democrats, pushing the same false stories about Russia collusion, “very fine people” nonsense, and all the other nonsense.

“You are the driving force behind their jokes,” Gutfeld rightly noted.

To be more precise, the same media outlets that are now trying to convince their readers and viewers that the videos are supposedly misleading, taken out of context, etc., are the same ones that, along with the Democrats, tried to sell the American people the supposed necessity of Trump. to be accused because of the false report about Russian collusion, the call from Ukraine and January 6th.

In other words, the national press has not only done its part to spread false Democratic arguments about Trump and other Republicans in order to win elections, but it has actively and deliberately used its positions to get a Republican president it doesn’t like. removed from office through dishonest and fraudulent means.

They are still trying to manipulate voters before the election, but this time they are doing it by telling you not to believe what you have seen with your own eyes about the current occupant of the Oval Office.

With trust in the media at historic lows, it’s challenging to imagine they can fool enough people to make a difference in November. But rest assured, they’ll be pulling out all the stops in the hope that what they did in 2020 with the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story will work again in 2024: the “cheap fakes.”
