Washington (AP)-the senior judge John Roberts had President Donald Trump removed a member of the Federal Trade Commission on Monday, the youngest in a series of top-class burnings that were admitted by the Supreme Court for the time being.

Trump changed for the first time in spring to shoot Rebecca Slughter, but she sued and the lower dishes order them again because the law allows commissioners to only remove any problems such as misconduct or neglect.

Roberts stopped these decisions in a tiny arrangement and answered a calling of the Trump administration in the court’s emergency docking.

The Ministry of Justice has argued that the FTC and other executive industry authorities are under Trump’s control and that Republican President can remove free commissioners for no reason.

Slaughter’s complaint about her shooting will always play when Roberts asked her lawyers to react to the arguments of the Trump government until next week.

The Court previously approved the shots of several other board members of independent agencies. However, it was proposed that his fire brigade in the Federal Reserve restricts a view that could soon be tested with the case of Fed Governor Lisa Cook.

The arrangement on Monday is the latest sign that the conservative majority of the Supreme Court has effectively given up a precedent of the 90-year-old Supreme Court, which protected some federal authorities from the president’s arbitrary measures.

In the decision of 1935 as Humphrey’s executor, the court unanimously decided that the presidents could not relieve independent board members for no reason.

The decision initiated an era of powerful independent federal authorities who were commissioned to regulate the work relationships, the discrimination based on the employment relationship, air waves and much more. But it has long had conservative legal theorists who argue that the current administrative state misunderstood the constitution because such agencies should answer the president.

The agency in the center of the case was also the FTC, a point that judge of the lower court in the lawsuit submitted by slaughter. She packed one and the case in and out of the case, while the case worked through the dishes.

The FTC is a regulatory authority created by the congress that enforces consumer protection measures and antitrust bill. The seats usually consist of three members of the presidential party and two from the opposing party.
