A federal judge will hear a lawsuit on Thursday in Illinois about Chicago’s lawsuit that questions the use of troops of the National Guard to the state by President Donald Trump before deciding whether the move should be blocked, the judge wrote in a command.
In a one-sales commandThe US district judge April, M. Perry, whom the Democratic President Joe Biden had appointed the bank, found a deadline of 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday so that the Trump government reacted in writing to the lawsuit of the democratic leaders of Illinois and their largest city, which they had submitted on Monday morning.
Perry granted the injunction GOV. JB Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson did not immediately block the assignment at the beginning of the case.
Perry said she expected the Federal Government’s reaction to include evidence of when the National Guard troops would arrive in Illinois where they would go in the state and “the scope of the activities of the troops” there. On Thursday, she put it orally for the central time for 11 a.m.
The Men’s suit Try to stop Trump’s federal federalism of the Illinois National Guard and the mobilization of troops from the Texas National Guard to the state. The Republican Greg Abbott, Governor of Texas, has also agreed to send wax cartridges for Portland, Oregon.
Pritzker and Johnson’s complaint calls the federalization of the state national guard “illegally, dangerous and unconstitutional”. The Democrats added that the move was “obviously prepared and unfounded”, which means that he could not meet the legal requirements for a president in order to struggle to control the national guard of a state.
Pritzker, who appeared at an event on Tuesday in Minneapolis with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, said that the Federal Government had not been through the plan for the National Guard troops, but had received “reports” that troops have arrived in a federal institution in the federal state.
“We don’t know exactly where that will end,” he said. “We know that it scares everyone in Chicago.”
In another case, a federal judge blocked the deployment in Portland after the leaders of the city and the Oregon sued to stop it. The Federal Government appealed against this order, and a body of the US Court of Court of the 9th circle will hear oral arguments on Thursday.

Dems in the congress question raid
Trump’s use of troops of the National Guard is partly a reaction to protests in democratic cities on the procedure of this government against the enforcement of immigration.
Trump has crossed the immigration officers to certain cities. These agents sometimes followed an aggressive enforcement, including a raid on September 30 at a residential building in Chicago, which was criticized for the use of military tactics.
A group of eight US House Democrats wrote to General Prosecutor Pam Bondi on Monday and the secretary of home protection, Kristi NoEM, who demanded an investigation of this raid.
The members were the Homeland Security Committee, the member Bennie Thompson von Mississippi, the member of the Justice Committee, Jamie Raskin from Maryland, J.
