I’ll admit it – I miss Tucker Carlson’s Fox show that was on every night at 8 p.m. It was required viewing on TV, and during the day I wondered what the hell he was going to say tonight. You never knew exactly where he was going with one of his brilliant monologues, but it was always engaging, and I loved the way he kept freaking out the left by saying some challenging truths.
He certainly hasn’t disappeared since he was abruptly fired from Fox News, and he has regular shows on tuckercarlson.combut I still miss my evening sit-down in front of the Teletube. (This is not to take away from the current Fox anchors, who, compared to their cable news and network competitors, provide by far the most engaging commentary of any major media outlet – apart from RedState, of course.) [Full disclosure, my wife appeared Monday as she often does on Trace Gallagher’s excellent “Fox News @ Night,” so I’m biased.]
Like all of us, Tucker couldn’t lend a hand but notice that Biden’s dwindling mental state not only jeopardizes his re-election campaign, but poses a threat to all of us:

If Kamala is the nominee, she might as well be president. There remains the question of Trump and his conviction on July 11. Biden’s collapse makes this moment even more threatening than it already was. At this point, Trump is not only the Republican nominee, but the de facto presumptive president. If you put him in prison, it’s better for a very stern crime that he is widely believed to have committed. Otherwise, you risk destroying the system completely and forever. We are in real danger. The Democrats must stand down.

Although he doesn’t have a show every night, Tucker still manages to stay in the headlines:

What he says in his tweet hits the nail on the head. Biden does indeed suffer from mental health issues – that is obvious to all – and he must be removed for the security of this country. As I reported, he is only “reliably on duty” between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. How can he protect us then? Call at 3am that Hillary Clinton spoke so famously about?
He can’t. The Democrats are sailing on the Titanic, and they’ve already hit the iceberg. It’s time to get into the lifeboats. Cut the bait. Move on.
While the tide is currently clearly in former President Donald Trump’s favor, things can change and there’s still a chance that this infirm shadow of a man wins the election. I don’t say this to be unnecessarily cruel – I’ve seen dementia up close and it’s heartbreaking – but that doesn’t mean we should put this country at risk just because we’re so full of empathy.

Exactly. Our enemies have heard, and like predators who know their prey is wounded, they will strike. We’ve reported that replacing Biden on the ballot will be hard – but not impossible – and it must be done. I never thought he could win in 2020 after his pathetic, basement campaign – and yet he did. If he somehow manages to do that, our entire nation would be in danger.
Carlson is right – he has to go. Now.
