The debate over whether there was massive voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election will continue. But with many states now overhauling their election laws and practices, there may still be some outposts with questionable voting rules that Democrats can still rely on. One of those places could be Wisconsin.
On Friday, the Wisconsin Supreme Court overturned his own decision and decided 4:3 that mail-in ballot boxes can be used at any location in the Badger State during the November presidential election. The court ruled in July 2022 that the ballot boxes can only be used in circumscribed locations such as local election officials’ offices and that voters themselves must be the ones to cast the ballot. A conservative majority on the court kept the use of mail-in ballot boxes under wraps at the time.
But in April 2023, liberals took over the court. In February 2024, Priorities USA, a progressive voter mobilization group, filed a petition with the court to reconsider the ruling:

The question of using mail-in ballots appears to have been an ideologically contentious issue among the justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. When the review of the ban was announced in March, conservatives on the state’s highest court cried foul and accused the liberal justices of trying to give the Democrats an advantage. Democratic Governor Tony Evers also agreed with the review of the decision.
Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, writing for the majority, explained that mail-in ballot drop boxes are set up and maintained by local election officials and that there is no difference between dropping a ballot in a mail-in ballot drop box and handing it to a local election worker. Bradley also wrote:
“Our decision today does not compel or require municipal employees to use mailboxes. It simply confirms what (state law) has always meant: that employees may lawfully use secure mailboxes within the scope of their legally granted discretion.”
Writing for the conservative justices who dissented, Justice Rebecca Bradley said bluntly:
“The majority in this case is overturning (the 2022 decision) not because it is legally wrong, but because the majority finds it politically inappropriate. The majority’s activism marks another triumph of political power over legal principles in this court.”
In the pandemic election year of 2020, at least a dozen mail-in ballot drop boxes were set up in Milwaukee and Madison, the two cities with the strongest Democratic majorities, as well as other areas of the state. The Republican-led state legislature made an unsuccessful attempt to intervene in the case, arguing that the 2022 decision should remain unchanged.
A spokesman for the Wisconsin Republican Party, Matt Fisher, called the ruling a “setback.” He added, “This latest attempt by left-wing judges to appease their radical left supporters will not go unanswered with voters.” Scott McDonell, the clerk of Dane County, Wisconsin’s most Democratic-dominated county, naturally agreed with the decision, saying the drop boxes were a “common-sense tool,” and also said, “Providing drop boxes for the 2024 elections in August and November will encourage citizen participation in our democracy”:
Republicans need a reality check.
It doesn’t matter that the world is in chaos.
It doesn’t matter that Joe Biden is a corpse.
The Democrats have a machine; they just changed the mailbox regulations in Wisconsin; and Joe Biden may very well win this November.

Wisconsin is one of the few crucial swing states that The Democrats want to the blue column. Donald Trump is currently six points ahead of Joe Biden in the general election. Joe Biden is traveling to Wisconsin on Friday to attend a campaign rally in Madison and also to meet with George Stephanopoulos of ABC News for an interview. that could very well do or interrupt his election campaign. After his disastrous performance in the debate against Donald Trump, calls for his resignation are becoming louder and louder.
Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Watley released a statement on Friday describing Biden’s rally in Wisconsin as “last attempt before the big Republican appearance in Wisconsin”:
“Even senators at risk [sic] Tammy Baldwin will not participate in Biden’s last attempt to save face before the Republican convention. In just ten days, the Republicans will hold a world-class convention in Milwaukee to nominate the next President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. While Biden abandoned Wisconsin in 2020 and ruined the state with historic inflation and deadly fentanyl. President Trump will restore our southern border, restore our economy, and restore America’s standing in the world.”
With questions about Biden’s mental acuity and Donald Trump’s commanding lead in swing states, Democrats are panicking. The reintroduction of mail-in ballots in any of these states is a victory for Democrats, but may not be enough whether Joe Biden is the Democratic nominee or not. Will their return make the 2024 election vulnerable to voter fraud? What is fraud to one may be “citizen participation” to another:
Wisconsin’s newly liberal Supreme Court has just opened the floodgates for election fraud
It’s time to install surveillance cameras on every mailbox and set up an election police task force to prosecute every ballot mule who casts dozens of ballots.
We know the Democrats will cheat
Stop them https://t.co/Mfd7BAXNkB
