Joe Biden’s comeback tour continued Monday morning with a brief appearance on MSNBC. The president called into “Morning Joe,” a show hosted by two of his biggest fans, and once again tried to soothe the souls of Democrats worried about his victory in November.

Notably, Biden did not appear on video, and judging by the pace of his speech, it certainly sounds like that was because he was reading from a script. Yet he still managed to fall on his face repeatedly throughout the entire “interview.”

BIDEN: (Inaudible) … Joe, let me put it this way. The reason I’ve been traveling around the country so much, and while Trump is driving around in his golf cart, filling out his golf card, golf cart, before he even hits the ball, but whatever.
It didn’t take long for the president to get irate, as he is wont to do. When questioned in the slightest about his fitness for the office, he lashed out repeatedly, garbled phone calls, and called Scarborough “buddy” while yelling, “Watch out!”

BIDEN: The American public is not going to turn away from me as the average voter. And I’m here for two reasons, buddy! Number one, to rebuild the economy for hard-working middle-class people, to give everybody a chance, quite frankly, everybody gets a fair shot! Number one. Number two, remember all that talk about how I don’t have the support of black people? Come on, give me a break. Come with me, pay attention! Pay attention!
I’m so frustrated with the elite (or the leak?). No, I’m not talking about you, I’m talking about the elites in the party who know so much more. But if any of these guys think I shouldn’t run, let them run against me. Go ahead… run for president. Challenge me at the convention.
At one point, Biden tried to repeat the “suckers and losers” lie that has been debunked by dozens of former officials, including some who are not pro-Trump, but this time he added a up-to-date twist, claiming he was on Trump’s side when it was said.

You can see how little it takes to make Biden irate. After just a few questions, he went off script and started shouting. He spent most of the rest of the interview garbling the phone line because he had no idea what he was doing.
When asked about the debate and whether he had taken any cognitive tests, he claimed he had “tested himself.”
MSDNC: “Have you been tested for age-related diseases… could that explain why you couldn’t finish sentences on a night like that?!”

BIDEN: Look, um, I had been feeling so bad before the debate, when I came back, they tested me, I thought maybe I have COVID, maybe something is wrong, I had an infection or something. They tested me, they tested me, I was hearty, but look, I had a bad night. But the fact is, look what I do, I mean, let me put it this way, if something was wrong that night, it’s not (inevitable) that it’s going to last one night and then go away.
So I went out, tested myself, tested everywhere I go, went out and made my arguments. The night of the debate, I went out, I was out until 2:00 in the morning, that very night! That very night! It drives me crazy when people talk about it!
Does the president think his performance has been significantly better since the debate? Because I can assure him that he has not. He was just as senile as he was on the stage in Georgia, which makes his whole excuse about being unwell pretty irrelevant.
Biden was also asked to reassure Americans concerned about his health.
“How can you assure the American people that there will not be another night like Atlanta?”
BIDEN: “How can you be sure that you’re on the right path – you know – that fate won’t throw a wrench in your wheels on your way to work tomorrow?”

BRZEZINSKI: How can you assure the American people that there will not be another night like Atlanta?
BIDEN: Look at my career. I haven’t had many nights like that. It was a terrible night, and I really regret that it happened. But the fact is: How can you be sure that tragedy won’t catch you on your way to work tomorrow?
I’m not sure that basically telling voters he could drop dead tomorrow is the best strategy. Regardless, Biden saying, “Look at his career” while claiming, in reference to the debate, that he hasn’t had “many nights like that” is ridiculous. His career has been a mess of gaffes, but in recent years he has clearly deteriorated mentally to the point where he can’t Good nightEvery public appearance is marked in one way or another by his senility, including this telephone interview.
Still, the large message of the interview was that Biden isn’t going anywhere. He expressed this several times in his ramblings.

Any plan to sideline Biden will fail. He is merely acting as a proxy for Jill and Hunter Biden, and they are not relenting in their fraud. Unless a health emergency truly forces him out of the race, the president will remain in office until November, and things will play out as they come. Right now, that seems to favor Republicans heavily, but we will see. Election Day is a long way off. What is certain is that Biden is mentally incompetent, whether or not his party has the courage to do the right thing.
