As expected, the left-wing media/Democrats’ arguments about the likely Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris are all over the place. This includes, of course, that any Criticism of Harris boil down Sexism/racism and that she is supposedly far more qualified than her critics give her credit for.
Another, and perhaps most bizarre, reason is the assumption that Republicans are afraid of Harris because of her supposedly outstanding record as district attorney in San Francisco, attorney general of California, and United States senator.
These people “smoke tons of crack if they think Republicans are afraid of Kamala Harris,” my colleague Jeff Charles rightly noted in response to all the talk.
READ MORE (VIP): Deluded Democrats think Republicans are afraid of Kamala Harris – and as always, they are wrong.
And to show how much Republicans are “afraid” of Harris, Dave McCormick, the Republican Senate candidate from Pennsylvania, said witness the assassination attempt on Donald Trump while sitting in the front row of the Butler campaign rally – has released a new, powerful 90-second ad linking his Democratic opponent, Senator Bob Casey Jr., to Harris.
It raises a lot of criticism of Harris’s radical left stance on issues like crime, illegal immigration, energy policy, and even meat consumption, making a powerful argument that people who were already worried about Joe Biden’s positions on these issues will be even more worried about hers.

It has generated quite a lot buzz on the Twitter/X machine among conservatives and media personalities who pointed out that this was a prime example of what we would see from GOP candidates in other campaigns during the fall election campaign:
A Republican official texts me this ad from McCormick, saying, “What voters will see further down the ballot in every Senate race from Nevada to Pennsylvania through November”:pic.twitter.com/WHXwEWIXTP

This ad from Dave McCormack, who is running for Senate in Pennsylvania, highlights all the liberal positions Kamala Harris represented in 2020. What Democrats will see on the bottom ballot in the election.

On Twitter, people say Republicans were “not ready” for her. That’s not true (I know that for a fact), but let’s assume it’s true. Look how basic it was to make such a devastating ad. https://t.co/osuUnuA9JM

I had forgotten how crazy some of these positions were.
– Limit the consumption of red meat?
-Let the Boston Bomber vote?
– Abolish ICE to “start over”?
– End the filibuster tactic to pass the Green New Deal?Even AOC and the team had to say, “Hey, calm down, lady.” https://t.co/7223CBMmAo

Heh. Maybe the next ad should include a message that goes something like this: “Keep talking, Kamala Harris, just keep talking.” Because as we’ve documented before, Kamala Harris is and will always be her own worst enemy. And while Republicans shouldn’t be too confident about her, her abysmal record, which stretches back to her days as a lawyer in the Golden State, will actually do much of the work in the weeks and months ahead.
As always, stay tuned.
