To call the chaos at our southern border a crisis is a gross understatement. Since Joe Biden took office in January 2021 and immediately began rolling back every Trump-era immigration and border security policy imaginable and opening the borders to virtually anyone and everyone, millions of people from all over the world, including from countries like Syria and Somalia, China and Iran, have poured into the United States — largely unchecked and unvetted. Oh yeah, not all of them are bad people – but many are.
On Wednesday, a report from the House Judiciary Committee, linked to that committee’s official X-Account, gave us a horrifying example of the damage caused by Only one these bad actors.

The report states, among other things,:
This preliminary staff report focuses on the case of a single criminal illegal immigrant, Daniel Hernandez-Martinez, and highlights how the Biden-Harris administration’s open borders policy ensured his release to the United States. According to fresh, nonpublic information uncovered by the committee, the Biden-Harris administration released Daniel Hernandez-Martinez to the United States in early 2023 without any legal justification. Just months after his release, Hernandez-Martinez began terrorizing New York City, committing at least 22 felonies in just six months. Although Hernandez-Martinez has had a prolific criminal career during his compact time in the country, and DHS records indicate he is a suspected member of the hazardous Tren de Aragua gang, there are no records in his A-file indicating that ICE deported him from the country.
22 crimes. By an alleged gang member who should never have been here in the first place.
Here’s a look at his criminal record:
According to press reports, Venezuelan citizen Daniel Hernandez-Martinez “indiscriminately attacked at least three beachgoers and two police officers and [has been] In the two months after arriving in New York City, Martinez was arrested and released six times on 14 different charges. In addition to a series of petty thefts, including “using a large metal pipe to pick locks to steal bicycles in Times Square,” Martinez allegedly threatened and assaulted several people. He hit a man with a bicycle tire, kicked a woman and pulled her hair, threatened another person with a chain, and “pulled out a large knife and walked toward her.”[ing] to an undercover investigator.”
This man was allowed to stay in the United States illegally.
This is not just a problem in the USA. It affects the entire Western world.

Crisis at the border: Under Biden, at least 99 illegal immigrants on the terror watch list will be released into the USA
While we cannot facilitate the British from here, we can do something for our country and our border.
Daniel Hernandez-Martinez is a bad person. But he is just one of many. Granted, the left, especially the open borders and sanctuary city supporters, will argue that most illegal immigrants are not bad people like Martinez—ignoring the inconvenient fact that their very first entry into the United States was, by definition, a crime. And we could make an excellent argument that there are far worse people in our country right now; at least as I noted the other day— at least – 99 illegal immigrants on the terrorist list were released into the United States.
That’s right. Nearly a hundred people, all on the terrorist list, were just released. We have little to no idea where these people are or what they are planning, except that it will not be in the interest of the American people.
Daniel Hernandez-Martinez should have been deported immediately after his first arrest. If Venezuela refuses to take him back, they should give him a one-way ticket to Caracas, have him escorted by a US air marshal to ensure he gets on and off the plane, and leave him there. This should be a matter of course – anyone who is in the country illegally and comes to the attention of law enforcement should expect immediate deportation to their place of origin – no appeal, no arguments, no asylum, no nothing, no joke.
Remember this in November. Kamala Harris is for open borders. Vote accordingly.
