Joe Biden gave a compact speech Remarks at the 30th Annual Awards Ceremony of the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies Gala at Tuesday evening.
It didn’t go well; He spoke slurred a lot throughout the remarks.
Anyone who knows Biden knows that every time he speaks to a group, he will come up with an “origin story” to fit the occasion. On that occasion, he mentioned how he was “raised” by the slow Sen. Danny Inouye (D-HI) when he came to the Senate. He also mentioned that he was friends with former Transportation Secretary Norm Mineta, so I guess that all makes him Asian too. Add that to the long list of everything Biden is.
But then he messed up the name of his acting labor secretary.

Then he made a strange comment about a lady in the audience whose dress he liked. “Where is she? Get up, boy! I like this dress. Let her see your dress!”

He slurred his speech and referred to the person as “director of my Office of Science and Technology.” This person is Dr. Arati Prabhakar, who he refers to, and Biden has made this a Cabinet-level position. He now refers to a female member of his cabinet as a “child.”
It’s so creepy that he just can’t stop himself from making strange comments or doing strange things around women and girls.
Biden talked about how saving $800 a month could mean a lot for a family, but he’s costing Americans hundreds more every month with Bidenflation.
He also talked about former President Donald Trump, who in his head is clearly living rent free. He has escalated the lies and attacks against him as Trump continues to lead against him in the polls. In fact, as we’ve written before, Biden is so in denial that he simply refuses that the polls are real, like The NY Times/Siena poll, which, in the words of CNN, is an “absolute disaster” for him .

Biden called Trump a “loser,” and then he lied again, claiming Trump said to inject bleach into his skin (to fight COVID). Then he said, “I wonder if he did it.” That just shows how worried he is about Trump having to say such ridiculous things.
Then in the middle of this story he got confused and just gave up.

Then there was that moment when his brain crashed and he became disoriented reading the teleprompter. He can be seen staring intently at the teleprompter, trying to figure it out.

“They want to undo what they finally did and then what we finally did and make it right. They wanted, they wanted to give power back to Big Pharma,” he said slurred.
That’s pretty unhappy. He eventually corrects himself, but still seems confused as he tries to paint the Republicans as the party of “Big Pharma,” even though he has directed a lot toward “Big Pharma” through his actions.
Then when he left, he pretended to jump off the stage to add to the weirdness.
