Thursday was one of the worst days in Vice President Kamala Harris’ failed and unsuccessful presidential campaign. Let’s take a look at some of the disturbing incidents and statements so far and see where this leads.
For Team Harris, the day began with disastrous news in the form of the poll analysis on Nate Silver… and like the monsoon winds in the Sonoran Desert, rumors continue to circulate that the campaign regrets choosing Kamala as its running mate.

Democratic vice presidential candidate and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz fared no better. The revelation of his effusive statements of support for Hamas supporters reminded everyone why he was little more than a safety net during Harris’ recent dismal interview with CNN.
But perhaps more damaging, Walz also received a subpoena from the U.S. House of Representatives after reports emerged that he and his governor’s office, along with a shady Minnesota nonprofit – and the head of Biden’s Department of Education – may have been involved in a conspiracy to defraud taxpayers of $250 million earmarked for Covid-19 relief for schools.

From then on, however, things only went downhill for Harris-Walz that evening. At a campaign appearance on Thursday, Ohio Senator JD Vance, the 2024 Republican vice presidential candidate, spoke about the horrific shooting at a school in Georgia on Wednesday, in which two teachers and two children were murdered by another student.
As my colleague Bob Hoge wrote, not only did the Associated Press distort the wording of Vance’s statement, but the Harris-Vance campaign team also duplicated it to commit what could charitably be called character assassination of former President Donald Trump’s vice presidential candidate:
🚨New: The AP has officially deleted a tweet that intentionally misquoted JD Vance and portrayed the statement about school shootings as a “fact of life.”
Vance said, “I don’t like that this is a fact, but if you’re a psychopath and you want to make headlines, you realize that our schools are easy targets.” pic.twitter.com/5cZgb96ekY

Hoge called it a disgusting display and summed it up in one word. Here, however, is the icing on the cake of Kamala’s campaign meltdown. Unlike the one-sided, immature product of Harris’ social media hooligan squad, Team Trump must have had their top-notch rapid response team at work tonight – because they didn’t goof around and rip this stupid post to pieces:
Here is Team Trump’s spot-on response that immediately overshadows the other people’s posts:
Kamala’s interns just released a statement labeled FAKE NEWS that the Associated Press just retracted.
Watch the entire video and you will clearly see that JD Vance is not saying what they accuse him of saying.
These idiots do nothing but lie every day. https://t.co/CBKVC5Favg pic.twitter.com/HGXWLSVqQU

If you can’t see the post, it reads:

Watch the entire video and you will clearly see that JD Vance is not saying what they accuse him of saying.
These idiots do nothing but lie every day.
There is not a single false word in this post. Lying is all the Democrats do and to do it when something can be so easily debunked in the blink of an eye says so much. These are hateful and dishonest people who must have less skills in basic marketing than the average employee at a cell phone case kiosk at the mall.
How on earth did anyone think that these people should be responsible for making the vice president of one of the worst presidents in US history seem like an acceptable choice to the American people in November? Whoever hired them should hand them their notice first thing Friday morning and then immediately submit their own resignation.
