Melania Trump has a novel book coming out soon, so she’s doing what most authors do: promoting it and appearing in social media videos. On Sunday, the former first lady posted on X – but she wasn’t just promoting her book; she was also criticizing the direction this country is heading. Although she didn’t mention President Joe Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris by name, she made it clear what she thinks of the current leadership.
Although the video is only 37 seconds long, it describes quite succinctly and vividly what went wrong:

The novel memoirs, which are due to be published on October 1, are simply titled “Melania”:
In the book, she reflects “on her childhood in Slovenia, the defining moments that led her into the world of haute couture in Europe and New York, and the serendipitous encounter with Donald Trump that changed her life forever,” the summary says. “Melania opens up about her relationship, her life in the spotlight, and the joys of motherhood. She shares stories from her time in the White House and sheds light on her advocacy work and the causes that are close to her heart.”
On September 5, she posted another video that was less political and did not discuss the country’s problems under Biden-Harris, but she gave a little taste of her thoughts with one line: “As a private citizen who has often been the subject of public scrutiny and misrepresentation, I feel an obligation to set the facts straight.”

Melania Trump has long been considered a mysterious woman by many because she is, as she describes herself, a “private person” and doesn’t care where the camera is. The left, on the other hand, has long tried to portray her as some sort of hostage to the former president who secretly hates him and would do anything to divorce him. Her words in these two videos seem to dispel those idiotic gossip notions.
It will be compelling to see if she continues to speak out and if her voice has an impact on the hotly contested election. I, for one, am very interested in reading her account of what is happening behind the scenes at Mar-a-Lago and in the White House – and would love to see her continue to speak out on critical issues affecting our country.
