Kamala Harris is rightly despised for her gross incompetence in dealing with the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Helene. As RedState’s Sister Toldjah reported earlier Monday, a viral photo of Kamala Harris is circulating, showing the current vice president taking notes after supposedly just being briefed by FEMA. Strangely, her wired earbuds were not connected to her phone, which could have made speaking and listening a bit of a challenge.
Kamala was unplugged…in more ways than one.
It wasn’t until Donald Trump, who is actually currently out of office, announced this visit Storm-hit Georgia was Harris, the Is Currently in office, she decided to be concerned about the many Americans affected by the devastating hurricane. The Biden administration issued the default standard notice that the federal government would provide the necessary resources to facilitate with the cleanup effort.
No one expected Joe Biden to rise from his beach lounger to take command of the situation – this is it called a phoney’all! – but surely some voters were wondering: Where was Kamala?
It’s not like Kamala Harris didn’t know that a huge and potentially destructive storm was heading toward the southern United States. Not only did she know it was coming, but her campaign even made a major advertising buy from The Weather Channel precisely because they knew the hurricane was on its way and residents were glued to their televisions and devices to get the latest information about it to obtain the path and intensity of the storm:
Kamala Harris’ campaign has brought up-to-date national ad spending to the Weather Channel; for the flight from September 24th. until September 30th

Now, an ad buy made a week ago while the storm was still underway isn’t necessarily a bad thing; The intent was clearly to get voters in the South, the people who cared most about the hurricane, to see their messages. For the same reason as Trump and Harris has placed advertisements at the Alabama vs. Georgia college football game last Saturday: Both want Georgia to win. They all have to win Georgia.
The problem with buying Kamala’s Weather Channel ads is that hurricanes can be fickle things; Sometimes they fizzle out, and sometimes they carve a brutal path across American communities. This latter scenario—which actually played out in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and North Carolina—didn’t seem to matter much to Kamala and her campaign, as long as her ad got attention.
And what an advertisement it was. As if politicizing the storm through ad buying wasn’t bad enough, she announced in the campaign ad she chose during the crisis that she would be president to “all Americans.” Except for those Americans whose lives were simultaneously upended by the storm’s impact.

Here is the transcript:
As a prosecutor, I never asked a victim or a witness, “Are you a Republican or a Democrat?” The only thing I ever asked them was, “Are you OK?” And that’s the kind of president we have now need. Someone who cares about you and doesn’t put themselves first. I plan to be a President for all Americans and now focus on investing in you, the American people. And we can chart a up-to-date path forward.
She cares about all Americans, but had to be forced to show even a modicum of concern for those affected by Helene? Did she even give them a thought when she launched her political fundraising spree through Hurricane Kamala in the state of California?
The purchase of the Weather Channel advertising was scheduled to end on Monday, and it is not clear whether the full purchase went through. RedState is awaiting comment from Medium Buying on the Ad Flight’s ultimate fate. However, it’s clear from the clip above that the display was still dynamic even as the severity of the storm became known. But she will certainly be a president for all Americans.
