As I write this article, the death toll from Hurricane Helene has risen to at least 227 Casualties in six states, with hundreds missing, suggesting the total could rise dramatically.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Friday slammed The Biden-Harris administration expressed gratitude for its (lack of) response to the catastrophic storm while warning that the cost of rebuilding could be “one of the most expensive” the country has ever seen.
Also on Friday, Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R) condemned Biden and Harris for their astonishing incompetence, calling them “clowns.” and even more.
During an interview broadcast on Mobile, AL Radio FM Talk 106.5, Tuberville called the government “criminal” for alleged misuse of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster relief funds to compensate illegal immigrants:
We’re in a tough situation, Jeff, and we’ve been lied to. We have been betrayed, the American people have been betrayed. You know, I’m a Republican, but most of all, I’m an American who believes in Christian values and in our country and in the people who built this country, and I want to leave this country to our children and grandchildren. Other than that, we were scammed.
You know, there are two people running for office right now who were not elected through the process. You have been selected. And why did that happen? I know people when Joe Biden dropped out, friends of mine on the Democratic side in the Senate, who wanted to run for the nomination at their convention.
And they were immediately called and told that they would not run away. We chose this person to run. Threatened her quite a bit. And so they didn’t run.
“So what happened,” Tuberville continued, “is that Mayorkas and this entire group lied to the American people for three and a half and four years.” Is there any doubt?
He kept saying our border was closed and this and that. You know, we all asked: Where are they getting this money to take care of these people? Aside from the fact that we knew they were using the CARES money, the COVID money, and the Inflation Reduction Act money.
Now we know that the group that was seized by this regime other than the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA and everyone involved is now FEMA. They took money from FEMA, paid these illegal immigrants and took care of them. And everything comes to lightweight.
“And people [are saying] ‘Wait a minute,'” the senator said, “‘This represents a natural disaster, not a man-made disaster like the border.”
Then Tuberville struck the hammer:
But they are corrupt. Every day something comes up after they are exposed for what they were doing that they shouldn’t be doing. And people should go to prison. This is treason. And that’s why I don’t care about these people all over the East Coast.
We don’t have the money. We are currently printing $80,000 per second just to keep our country running. You’ve definitely thrown us into the ditch, Jeff.
Regardless of whether FEMA misused disaster relief funds to pay illegal immigrants, Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has admitted that the agency is running out of funds.

“We will have a difficult time”
Given the response from the Biden-Harris administration and FEMA, Tuberville said, “The American people are getting us out of this mess.” [Biden-Harris and FEMA] brought us in.
We’re going to have such a challenging time… And they’re pushing the narrative of electing these two people [Harris and Walz] that, you know, Trump and JD Vance are so much more qualified than these two running clowns.
But these two clowns won’t play the main role. It will be the Deep State behind the scenes. And folks, I know if you’re out there, a Democrat, you’ve always voted Democrat, that’s just how it is.
Finally Tuberville said: “This isn’t about Democrats versus Republicans,” he adds:
This is America versus deep state socialism. And in about 30 days this will come to an end. And my God, if Trump doesn’t win, I don’t know what we’re going to do. I really don’t.
Me neither. And neither are millions of rational Americans who are proud of “America First” and are fed up with the willful, destructive policies of the Biden-Harris administration.

As I wrote on Saturday, anyone who thinks a Harris-Walz government wouldn’t be the case at least as bad because the last almost four years have been an unadulterated fool’s errand.
