They know Democrats must be worried because they’re finally letting Kamala Harris and Tim Walz do more interviews, even though they’re still mostly turning to warm channels.

The only thing that wasn’t effortless was an interview Walz did on “Fox News Sunday” with Shannon Bream, who actually asked him some real questions. I guess they wanted to be able to say they “did” Fox, but they didn’t want to send Kamala, so Walz was the only other choice. Of course he didn’t really answer any of the questions and just lied. But in this case, unlike probably some other interviews, Shannon Bream came back to him on a few points.

If you’re worried about grocery shopping, don’t worry. Tim Walz says Kamala has a “middle class agenda.”

Translation? It will be exactly the same and we still won’t give you any real answers. So if you want four more years of this, that’s what you’ll get if you vote for Biden-Harris.

Then, when they talked about tariffs, Walz lied and said former President Donald Trump wanted a 20 percent sales tax. But then Bream came out against him and said that when it came to tariffs, you would have kept the Trump tariffs and even added some of your own.

So you can’t have it both ways and only badmouth tariffs when they come from Trump.

Bream also grilled him on several points about abortion, showing that what he said didn’t make sense and/or he was lying.

Bream asked him about the Minnesota law he signed that provided no restrictions for nine months. He claimed he and Harris just wanted to Roe v. Wade restored. But Bream just makes it clear to him that what he signed went way beyond that Roe v. Wade and how he lies about Trump’s position on abortion.

Bream also criticized him for his comments about Amber Thurman, pointing out that she died as a result of the abortion pill and did not receive appropriate treatment quickly enough.

Bream asked him: Why was the wording of life support taken out of the law if the baby was born alive?

He claimed it didn’t change anything, it just reflected all the care doctors should provide.

Then why did you remove it? He couldn’t answer that.

Bream also asked him about his offensive comment that “anti-Israel protesters” raised their voices for “the right reasons.”

His answer? Oh, I didn’t mean the “pro-Hamas” supporters. So why did you say it that way without making any distinctions? The bottom line is that you tried to appeal to the radical left, and now you’ve nailed it.

Then she came to the question that everyone probably asks about Walz: Why did he say so many things that weren’t true? She went through the litany, from stolen valor to IVF and his lies about traveling to China. He described it as “abuse.”

He said he didn’t think people cared, but then lamely tried to lie about Trump’s stance on IVF. He tried to avoid lying about his military rank and accomplishments by saying he would not disparage the accomplishments of others. But that’s exactly what he did when he lied about his own record. You can’t cover up your lying problem by speaking “passionately,” especially when you’re lying, even now that he’s been accused of lying.

“I will admit if I misspeak,” he said. But he didn’t because he lied even more.

Then Bream threw him for a loop when he tried to claim that Harris’ policies were the “strongest and fairest we’ve ever seen.” Bream rejected this, saying most people would see it as an “open border.”

Then he tried to resort to the bad bill that they claimed they had to do something, even though Trump would have done better than them without such a bill. Of course, they failed because they removed the protections he had put in place on the first day when they arrived. Illegal entry was much higher under Biden-Harris, and Trump built a 450-mile war even as Democrats did everything they could to stop it.

Bream pointed out that the legislation they claim to support also includes the wall they have denigrated. She also pointed out that the bill he was talking about was negotiated by only a few Republicans and many opposed it. It was also shot down because it essentially legitimized the entry of thousands of people per day into the country.

Then she completely trashed him and showed how radical he was in Minnesota with its law giving illegal immigrants free things, including licenses, free college and free health care for illegal immigrants. Why should taxpayers pay for it, Bream asked, suggesting that it wouldn’t be a magnet for illegal immigrants?

Walz denied that these were Harris’ positions, but it was clear that he thought they were simply great. That was just a crazy reaction.

Harris has also said she supports free health care for illegal immigrants and decriminalization of illegal immigrants. So this was a great question from Bream that shows how far to the left they both are. He even lied about it:
