There are still 27 days left in the presidential race, and things are getting fascinating. The tide appears to be turning, and one side appears to be gaining some momentum, and it’s not the Democrats. The presidential ambitions of the queen of word salads, Kamala Harris, and the “Great Walz of China” Tim could come to an unlamented end, according to political analyst Mark Halperin. Mr. Halperin has observed the latest trends and is bullish about a Trump victory.
Political analyst Mark Halperin said this week that both Democrats and Republicans believe former President Trump’s chances of winning the election are high after seeing recent private polling data.
Appearance in a livestream on his Media platform 2WAYHalperin said people on both sides of the political spectrum who are familiar with the polls have told him they have seen Vice President Harris’ election prospects worsening and that they are leaning toward a Trump victory being in sight .
“In the conversations I have with Trump people and Democrats with data, they are extremely optimistic about Trump’s chances in the last 48 hours. Extremely optimistic,” Halperin said.
Mr. Halperin’s forecasts have been trending in this direction for some time. Just two weeks ago, my esteemed colleague Nick Arama told us that Mark Halperin was heading for a Trump victory at the time; Since then, things seem to be going more Trump’s way.

As Townhall’s Matt Vespa opined, she’s back in a position no better than Biden.
If this is true, that is the crucial point, as Halperin says.
The Harris team sees it and that’s why they start freaking out and want another debate.
You won’t get another debate. Donald Trump, after one debate with Kamala Harris, refused to accept any more, claiming: “You don’t ask for another debate when you think you’ve won.” That’s a fair point, and now with less than four weeks left and the premature one and postal voting is already underway, the chances of another debate are slim to none.
I won’t recap the polls as they stand on Wednesday. On Tuesday, my colleague Adam Turner provided an excellent overview:

What we’re likely to see from the national Democrats and the Harris/Walz campaign is a lot of whistling beyond the graveyard. Unless something truly shocking develops in the next few weeks, the Democratic downward trend will almost certainly continue, regardless of the cognitive dissonance on the part of Democrats. Mark Halperin also warned the left about this exactly that:
…Halperin rebuked his pro-Harris viewers, saying, “For you Harris people here who complain about us talking about problems in the Harris campaign, feel free to bury your heads in the sand. If you want.” Feel free to watch MSNBC in prime time and hear how great the Harris campaign is doing.
“But if you want to understand what is actually happening, we are here to tell you. I just saw a new private poll today, it’s a very robust private poll, she says.” in big trouble.”
Here’s the thing: Bad news for the Harris people is good news for America. It’s demanding to see any way for the Harris camp to save this thing right now; While the polls still show a close race, the momentum appears to be firmly on Trump/Vance’s side. It’s straightforward to see why; In every interview, every staged, practiced softball performance, in the Harris campaign and in the legacy media (but I repeat myself), they have done everything but bubble wrap their candidate. And yet she messes up; She can’t answer most softball questions, she’s not well-informed, and her bug-eyed vice president isn’t doing any better. It is becoming sadly clear that these people are not ready for prime time and never will be, beyond the media’s ability to hide it.
It doesn’t aid that the Biden people – and by that I mean Doctor Professor Jill Biden – are taking revenge for elderly Joe being fired so unceremoniously. We can hardly blame them; Maybe elderly Joe Biden and goofy elderly Bolshevik from Vermont Bernie Sanders can start a support group for “candidates ousted from an election by the Democratic National Committee.”

Still—good news, bad news, indifferent news—if I could give one piece of advice to Republicans running statewide, it would be this: Fight for every vote, fight to the end, gird up your loins and campaign the way you do twenty points less. We have to win this game.
