Surprisingly, the Republican Senator of Kentucky, Mitch McConnell, who announced on Thursday that he would not run for re -election in 2026, was a yes. He was a no for Secdef Pete Hegseth and director of the National Secret Service Tulsi Gabbard (both were confirmed anyway).

GOP senator Lisa Murkowski from Alaska and Maine’s Susan Collins voted “No”.
The day began with a threatening note when Maine Sen. Susan Collins was the only Republican to vote for a procedural vote with the confirmation of Patel.
