Washington – The Trump administration can block the financing of Medicaid from the planned parenthood after an appellate court lifted the injunction of a lower court on Thursday.

The Republicans in the Congress included the one -year ban on financing in their “large, beautiful” law, which President Donald Trump signed in early July.

However, the Department of Health and Human Services was unable to implement this change in the guidelines after a judge from the district court had blocked them in a complaint submitted by the planned parenthood.

The Trump administration made the judgment of the US Court of Appeals of the US Court of Appeal, which was released a two -page order To explain Thursday without his decision.

The three-judge committee included Gustavo A. Gelpí, Lara E. Montecalvo and Seth R. Aframe, all of whom were nominated by the former President Joe Biden to their current position.

“The injunction on July 21, 2025 and the injunction dated July 28, 2025 remain until the respective appeals are given,” they wrote.

The Trump administration did not return messages immediately to get a comment.

Alexis McGill Johnson, President and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, wrote in an explanation. The decision of the court means that the patients who rely on the imperative health care, present the planned parenting centers for parenting, cannot plan their future, decide where they deal for care or control their life, body and futures because the Trump administration and its backer want to attack Plane Parents, and want to attack health and health and their health centers.

“This is a blow, but the struggle is not over. Planned Parenthood has exposed relentless attacks for over 100 years, but we are still here to ensure care, information and resources. We will continue to combat this unconstitutional law, even though this court has allowed it to influence patients.”

For decades, the Federal Law has excluded financing for abortion services with exceptions to rape, incest or the life of the pregnant patient.

The recent law blocks the financing of Medicaid Finance from the planned parenthood for other types of health services such as annual corporations, cancer examinations or birth control.
