As we reported last week, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) delivered a scathing criticism of Antony Blinken when the Secretary of State testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Joe Biden’s disastrous foreign policy. In particular, he attacked Blinken, accusing him of aiding our enemies and alienating our friends, and that the world has become much more threatening as a result. He pointed out that despite the alleged sanctions against Iran, Iran has increased the number of barrels of oil it sells from 300,000 to two million barrels per day.

But after the brawl, there was a little more drama when Code Pink tried to catch him in the hallway after the hearing. Imagine if people were so twisted that they acted like Israel was the bad guy in the fight for their lives against Hamas terrorists. But Cruz was prepared and gave the radical activists a grave dose of reality.
Code Pink wanted to create a “caught-in-the-ass” moment for Senator Ted Cruz, but he turned the tables.
“I am against the genocide that Hamas is trying to commit.”

“Are you worried about the weapons that are still being supplied to Israel?” one asked him.
“Yes, and many more need to be sent,” Cruz replied.
“So you are for genocide against the Palestinian people?” she said.
“I am against Hamas terrorists and I am against the genocide that Hamas is trying to commit,” he replied.
He told them that he found it really depressed that they were “standing alongside the modern Nazis.”
The activist then claimed that over 40,000 people had been killed and asked if this was not genocide.
There are two things that are not so basic with this claim. First, numbers from Hamas-controlled organizations have more holes in them than Swiss cheese, as we have reported. Second, genocide has a real definition: the attempt to intentionally wipe out a people. That is exactly what Hamas is trying to do with Israel and the Jewish people. Israel’s actions are no comparison. The person from Code Pink also does not seem to care whether their actions facilitate terrorists.
She continued to yell after him. He turned around and said she supported people who committed child murder. This got on her nerves so much that she dropped her mask and claimed that both Israel and the US were Nazis.
Note that she doesn’t care if the Americans were killed or taken hostage. She only cares about hating America, because that’s really what this is about. Code Pink is one of the groups that have stated they plan to try to disrupt the DNC convention in August. They also plan to disrupt the RNC convention.
