Wayne County, WV (WoWK) -Drick Evans, the former member of West Virginia House, which was convicted of invasion and turmoil in the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, which was pardoned by President Trump at the beginning of this year, announced on Thursday that he would act against Trump-converted, 1st District Congress Carol Miller.
Evans, a resident of Wayne County, published the announcement on his Facebook page.
“Today I officially terminate my candidacy for the US representative house in the 1st congress district of West Virginia. People in this district want a real conservative to represent us. We will build on the dynamics that we built during a very loud and chaotic election in 2024,” said Evans in the mail.
“The WV primary school is now closed and after the surveys of the WV voters, we are very confident that we will win this race. We are looking for people who want to help our campaign in the entire district. If you are interested, send me a message in which you are in your own time to help save America.”
13 messages have turned to a declaration by Congressman Carol Miller’s campaign office.
“Derrick Evans should let Carol Miller and the candidates and agenda out of Trump-supported Carol Miller get out when we fight the taxes and deport dangerous criminals,” said Matthew Donnellan, chief of staff of Congressmen Miller, in a statement on 13 news.
Evans, a very deafening supporter of President Trump, ran against Miller in the Republican elementary school in 2024. In November 2024, he announced plans to fight against US Senator Shelley Moore Capito, this month from the US Senate Race to kick again in 2026.
Trump supported Miller about the truth in a post on May 9th and said: said:
