It looks like embattled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s political career will have another day as she won her primary on Tuesday and will face a Republican challenger in November.
But guess who showed up to her election night victory party? None other than the married lawyer and Father of two children, Nathan Wade, who looked like he couldn’t care less despite Judge Scott McAfee expelling him from the Trump case because of his previously undisclosed connection to Willis. (Speaking of Judge McAfee, him too won his primary on Tuesdaywhich proves there may be something wrong with Georgia’s water supply.)
Well, I’m shocked. At DA Willis’ campaign party in Buckhead, Nathan Wade walked in. Everyone smiles pic.twitter.com/hc7uKPn5ka

Her speech showed that her team intended to do this Booze all night long:
“So ladies and gentlemen, tonight you can stop every now and then and smell the roses,” Willis said. “And tonight we’re going to stop and smell those roses.”
“We’re going to celebrate,” she said. “We’re going to celebrate all day and drink Grey Goose, in case anyone was wondering.”
Willis has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons lately: She thought she would gain fame by prosecuting Donald Trump for election interference, but instead the attention turned to her when it was revealed that she was having relationships with Wade, the who had hired her to facilitate with the case and who was paying him exorbitant sums for his work. Then the House, Senate and state officials began examining their official spending patterns as warning signs began to appear everywhere.
Throughout, she has remained defiant, repeatedly expressing outrage that anyone would dare investigate her behavior – doesn’t they know who she is?!
Fani’s follies:

Willis’ jurisdiction lies deep in Joe Biden’s country, which says quite a lot Everything you need to know:
Willis, the district attorney for Fulton County, is leading the 2020 tour Case of election interference against former President Donald Trump and has been under investigation by many Republicans in the state and across the country for her affair with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, which nearly led to her being removed from the case.
Willis defeated Democratic attorney Christian Wise Smith on Tuesday in a rematch of her race four years ago. She was the favorite in the district where 73% voted for President Joe Biden in 2020.
Willis is currently being investigated by Republicans in both houses of the U.S. Congress and two commissions in the Georgia state legislature.
On Monday, Willis appeared on MSNBC and called one of the people investigating her actions, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), a “clown.”
Who is the clown?
Fani Willis calls Jim Jordan a ‘clown’ and says all allegations against her are ‘illegitimate’
“I’m bringing this up at the federal level because now at the state level they have decided to follow this clown’s example [Jordan’s] lead, and now they want to try to interfere in an investigation,” she said. “And that’s not legitimate either.”
Meanwhile, Willis’ prosecution of Trump has stalled as the former president’s team has filed an appeal in hopes of removing the combative prosecutor from the case. Although the appeals court agreed to hear their bid, a date for the hearing has yet to be set.
In New York, Alvin Bragg’s ridiculous accounting case implodes after Michael Cohen admits to stealing from the Trump Organization. Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case involving classified federal documents is on hold indefinitely while the various parties work out pre-trial facts – namely, that Smith’s team mishandled classified documents, the very crime for which they want to imprison the former president. Irony, much?
Is there any doubt left that this progressive, Biden-led lawfare blitzkrieg against Trump is one of the most illegitimate banana republic episodes we have ever seen in the United States of America? If there is justice, all of these politically motivated show trials will go up in flames, because I have yet to see a single one that actually has any merit.
I hope Fani Willis had fun celebrating with her (former?) lover as her case causes turmoil.
