I am announcing today that I will be establishing the EXTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE to collect our customs duties, tariffs and all revenue from foreign sources. Meanwhile, economist EJ Antoni of the Heritage Foundation said “The said [NY] post that I really, really love this idea.

We’ll just have to wait and see how this whole thing plays out and whether the idea comes to fruition, but one thing is certain: Donald Trump is bringing up-to-date ideas and a up-to-date way of doing business to the swamp of Washington, DC. This is what we’re going to do. Everyone needs to be on their guard .
