I previously wrote about Joe Biden’s surreal remarks about Liz and Dick Cheney, so it was my job to also report on Liz Cheney showing up in Wisconsin to campaign with Kamala Harris.
Now I’m not sure who they think they’ll gain by supporting the Cheneys. The Republicans have long since rejected them, the left hates them. So if anything happens at all, Harris will probably just lose some people on the left who choose not to vote because they think Harris’s embrace of the Cheneys is too much.

Here’s Kamala with another word salad, trying to explain to all of us how much this recommendation means.

“It is a great honor to have your support. And I also want to thank your father, Vice President Dick Cheney, for his support and what he has done to serve our country,” Harris said.
What courage? Liz Cheney hates former President Donald Trump, it serves her purpose to hurt him. It is rejected by the Republicans, but in return it receives the favor of the Democrats. What exactly is brave about it?
Also, look at how she talks about Dick Cheney, it’s actually kind of witty. When you watch she puts on her grin, she tries to keep it. It looks like she knows it’s problematic, but she says it anyway. That’s why her smile is so strained. She praises “what he did to serve our country.”

That’s why it’s hilarious that she’s hugging him now. And while most Democrats seem to just approve of the complete change in talking points about him, some on the left are criticizing it.

Cheney then launched into Taylor Swift’s “Change,” which was pretty witty since neither she – who was fired from office – nor Kamala – who is about to be fired – stand for change.

Kamala is now responsible for all the failure.
Cheney, of course, attacked Trump. But what she said about why she supported Harris didn’t make sense.

She claimed she believed in everything a Republican should believe in – but in doing so, she supported a person who was against it and had undermined everything.
How do we know she’s against everyone? Well, if we don’t know ourselves how bad Kamala is, let’s listen to Liz Cheney fire back at Liz Cheney.

Bottom line: If you’re pimping for Kamala, you’re not being conservative. If you’re worried about “threats to democracy,” you should be concerned about things like suppressing speech, attempting to undermine the independence of the Supreme Court, and prosecuting political opponents.
But Cheney doesn’t care about any of that. And how hilarious is it that Kamala is going to hug Satan and that will probably only hurt her left side?
