It’s pretty crazy, all the news about Joe Biden finally giving in to the coup attempt to force him out of the race. This was probably a foregone conclusion when the donors dried up and the elites like Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and Barack Obama got involved.
But what a crazy way to drop out of the race: He chose to write a letter rather than speak publicly (though he said he would speak later this week). And he didn’t even initially endorse Kamala Harris. As of last night, the campaign was reportedly in full swing.

The participants of the campaign were completely taken by surprise.
Another sign that the president’s decision surprised even his own aides is the fact that the Delaware-based campaign ended a staff conference call with state staff just minutes before Biden released his letter announcing his withdrawal from the race.
“I don’t think a soul in Delaware knew about it,” the official said, referring to Biden’s staff.
Biden’s adviser Anita Dunn held a conference call with all White House staff to communicate it to staff after Biden made the announcement.
Dunn told staff they all acted at the same time, suggesting she herself had not known about it beforehand. And she confirmed that it was an extremely petite group of people who knew Biden had made this decision.
Who knew what and when – what a mess. Some joked, perhaps not entirely in jest, that Joe might not even know, given the crazy way it all happened.
These actions are so typical of Biden and the Democrats. They don’t care about the voters and who they voted for. As I noted in a previous article, this is truly an attack on democracy that undermines the will of the voters. They don’t care about those 14 million votes if it puts their control at risk. But Biden doesn’t even respect his own campaign and White House staff enough to give them enough notice before they unleash this on the world.
This is not a good recommendation for the future. Why should Americans vote for this clown car party/team, whoever their candidate ends up being? They have already proven that they don’t care about Americans.
