Kamala Harris has been a threat to public safety since her time as a California elected official. One of the reasons Harris has failed miserably as Biden’s border czar is that she has not cared at all about securing the border. This goes back to 2004 when she was San Francisco district attorney, to 2012 when she was California attorney general, and then to 2016 when she became a senator. As attorney general Harris was complicit in the release of Jose Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, an illegal Mexican criminal who had been deported five times and repeatedly returned to the country through the southern border. After his release from prison in San Francisco, Lopez-Sanchez obtained a loaded gun and pointed it at 32-year-old Kate Steinle, whom he killed.
In 2015, the local newspaper California Globe described Harris’ policies and her blatant disregard for Citizen security.
As San Francisco District Attorney, Harris protected illegal immigrants from deportation, prosecution and the death penalty. She opposed the death penalty for both David Hill, Murderer of Officer Isaac Espinoza and for illegal immigrant Edwin Ramos (MS-13), the murderer of Tony Bologna and his sons Michael and Matthew. As Attorney General of California Harris refused to criticize San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi for not turning over five-time deported illegal immigrant Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, the killer of Kate Steinle, to ICE. Kamala Harris’ legitimate asylum policy has given thousands of illegal criminals the freedom to murder police officers and innocents, such as California police officers Danny Oliver, Michael Davis, Ronil Singh and innocents like Kate Steinle and Marilyn Pharis.
In fact, murder was never at the top of Harris’s priority list. As San Francisco District Attorney, Harris “solved” 45 percent (32 of 73) of San Francisco’s murder cases by Dismissal of murder charges. She made a deal that covered everything from murder to manslaughter, assault and burglary. Statistically, murder cases decreased and her success rate rose to 67 percent by the time she was re-elected in 2007.
If you recall, it was the murder of Kate Steinle that gave Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign a modern lease of life, and Harris was not content about that. After doing her soiled work in both the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and as Attorney General, Harris was now facing failure in the U.S. Senate and was not content about anyone calling her out on her past penniless leadership. So she tried to shift the narrative from her penniless leadership to that of the country. penniless immigration policy.
Following the murder of Kate Steinle, California Attorney General Kamala Harris, a Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, strongly supports sanctuary city laws – and defends the responsibility of local law enforcement to decide how to deal with immigration authorities.
Harris spoke in an interview with the Chronicle on Friday about the Steinle case, whose alleged killer, Jose Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, is an undocumented Mexican immigrant who has committed a series of capital crimes and has been deported five times.
“We need to address comprehensive immigration reform – that’s the most important thing,” Harris said in an interview. “We shouldn’t react to an isolated case when we have a national problem.”
“Let’s respond to this specific case by prosecuting this specific murder and making sure he faces consequences and is held accountable very quickly,” she said. “We should be smarter on the issue of immigration policy.”
The former San Francisco district attorney also sharply criticized comments made by Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, calling them “ignorant” and representative of “someone who obviously cannot be a leader.”
Harris wasn’t a great leader either, but that didn’t stop her from failing and moving up the food chain. Fresh off her failed 2020 presidential bid and before being chosen as then-Vice President Joe Biden’s running mate, now-Senator Kamala Harris was busy on social media and entertainment shows discussing how Joe Biden needed to win because of Trump’s racist and transphobic policies and the dangers his policies posed to public safety. It is opulent.
REGARD:
And don’t get Harris talking about ICE and redefining public safety by defunding the police. Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen did just that, and this was the Marxist gibberish that came out of her mouth.
REGARD:
Fast forward to 2024, and Kamala Harris is now being tipped to be the Democratic presidential nominee. In her campaign launch speech on Monday, Harris claimed that her roles as a lawyer and prosecutor in California provided valuable experience in dealing with the felonious and criminal former President Donald Trump. In doing so, she made a mistake, because she was essentially asking the American people, and Californians in particular, to dig up that file. Smart Californians like attorney and commissioner Julie Hamill and Republican congressional candidate Alex Balekian have done just that. On Fox News’ “At Night with Trace Gallagher,” they connected the dots for people outside California, raising the alarm that Harris’ record of “public service” was critical to the chain of events that led to California’s decline.

California GOP Congressman Kevin Kiley made a timely contribution to the discussion by bringing to lithe a 2015 letter that Attorney General Harris wrote to the Senate opposing bill S. 2146, which sought to defund states (like California) that had adopted shelter-in-place policies.

This bulletin from October 2015 is available in the archives of the California Attorney General’s Office tells more about the story.
Attorney General Kamala D. Harris today sent a letter to United States Senators opposing S. 2146, the Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act, a bill introduced by Republican Senator David Vitter of Louisiana that would potentially withhold federal funding from California law enforcement agencies that comply with the state’s Transparency and Responsibility Using State Tool Act (TRUST Act).
In the letter, Attorney General Harris expresses her concern about this attempt to undermine the exquisite balance that exists in California between protecting public safety and strengthening the relationship of trust between law enforcement and communities.
“I firmly believe that serious and violent criminals – whether undocumented or not – should be held accountable for their crimes. But when local law enforcement officers are viewed as de facto immigration agents, it undermines the trust between our police officers and the communities we are sworn to serve,” Attorney General Harris said in the letter. “Criminal justice policy should not be confused with national immigration policy.”
In June 2014, Attorney General Harris sent a bulletin to California law enforcement agencies outlining their responsibilities and potential liabilities related to the execution of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) warrants for the arrest of illegal immigrants.
The letter makes clear that California’s local law enforcement agencies can always notify ICE about felons or people who pose a threat to public safety or national security. The TRUST Act allows local law enforcement agencies to notify ICE about felons, but requires that local agencies analyze the public safety risks posed by an individual, including a review of the reason for arrest and criminal history, before deciding whether to employ local resources on behalf of the federal government to detain an undocumented immigrant.
Ten years later, San Diego is a hotspot for illegal immigrants. Border Patrol buses illegal border crossers and drops them off in cities. like El Cajon without verification and without tracking. Many of them are pedophiles and criminals. Exhibit A is Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, the illegal immigrant who raped and murdered Maryland mother of five Rachel Morin. Hernandez has now been linked through DNA to a number of crimes, including the assault of a teenage girl in Los Angeles.
Hernandez is accused of raping and murdering Morin six months after he illegally crossed the southern U.S. border. Police said the suspect was on a “crime spree that began in El Salvador and then spread to several cities across the United States.”
DNA evidence linked him to “a home invasion and assault of a girl in Los Angeles on March 26, 2023,” according to the New York Post. reportedAuthorities had video evidence of the crime but did not know the identity of the suspect. […]
Hernandez is linked to violent street gangs in El Salvador, the report said, and is accused of aggravated murder after leaving a bar with a woman whose body was found weeks before he illegally entered the United States.
Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler blamed Biden’s “failed immigration policy” for Morin’s death, saying, “This is the second time in just two years that an innocent Harford County woman has lost her life to a criminal who was in our country illegally.”
This is Kamala Harris’ record and legacy in California and, as No. 2 in the Biden-Harris administration, across the country. Imagine what further chaos she could create if she were allowed to become president?
