Kamala Harris released her medical records on Saturday and her doctor said she was in excellent health and fully capable of serving as president of the United States. Harris hopes her good health will contrast her with Donald Trump, whom she blames hide his health information.
Dr. Joshua Simmons, a U.S. Army colonel and physician to the vice president, wrote that Harris, 59, maintains a well, busy lifestyle and that her last physical exam last April was “unremarkable.”
She “possesses the physical and mental resilience necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the presidency, including those as head of government, head of state and commander in chief,” he wrote in a two-page letter.
Harris’ campaign hopes to exploit the moment to draw a contrast with Republican Donald Trump, who has released constrained information about his health over the years, and raise questions about his fitness for office, according to a campaign aide who spoke anonymously wanted to stay to discuss sensitive topics.

You wouldn’t expect Donald Trump to simply take this at face value, and he didn’t disappoint. His campaign was published a statement On Saturday, he said that Harris simply lacked stamina, especially compared to him:
“President Trump has voluntarily provided updates from his personal physician as well as detailed reports from Dr. Ronny Jackson, who treated him after the first assassination attempt, released. Everyone has concluded that he is in perfect and excellent health to be Commander-in-Chief. He has claimed that she has an extremely busy and busy campaign schedule unlike any other in political history, while Kamala Harris has been unable to keep up with the demands of the campaign and is showing daily that she is running for president of the United States is completely unsuitable. Her schedule is extensively lighter because she reportedly doesn’t have the stamina of President Trump. Surveys reflect this. – Steven Cheung, Trump campaign communications director

In contrast to her boss Joe Biden, Kamala Harris’ physical health is not up for debate in this election campaign. However, it is incredibly prosperous that she called for more transparency when she was at the center of one of the biggest political cover-ups of our time: the concealment of Joe Biden’s apparent mental decline.
It appears to be a matter of choice, not skill, that she and her vice president, Tim Walz, have so few interviews and public appearances compared to Trump and JD Vance. The Kamala team has repeatedly tried to make Trump’s age and health an issue in the election, but it hasn’t stopped because Trump appears indefatigable and maintains a tough schedule despite two attempts on his life.
Now that Joe Biden has been put out to pasture, policies, ideas and vision for our future will decide this election, not the medical records.
