Minneapolis (AP) – A naked man with obvious mental health problems was found overdue at night in the Minnesota State Capitol, said the officials on Saturday and asked questions about security after the top democrat in the State House was killed in a political murder of the authorities.

The discovery of the Democratic House spokesman Melissa Hortman, the Top Republican and the Republican leaders of the Senate, prompted the discovery just six weeks after the deadly shooting of the Democratic House spokesman for how it happened and what steps could be taken to prevent it from happening again.

The man was found in the Senate Chamber on Friday at 11:30 p.m., said the Sergeant-At Arms Chefhaus, Lori Hodapp, in an email to representative.

“The person made statements to the conviction that he was the governor, among other things, and was undressed as undressed,” said Hodapp.

Capitol Security reacted immediately, she said, and the man was brought to a St. Paul Hospital for evaluation. He was regarded as no threat to himself or others and was released, but he returned to the Capitol site at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday at 7:30 a.m.

“An investigation is currently carried out to determine how the person received access to the facilities of the Senate Chamber and the Capitol facilities after hours,” wrote Hodapp. “We examine all aspects of this incident to clear out all security concerns.”

The Sergeant-at Arms also said that the man had an busy arrest warrant for the probation of Wisconsin in his recording, but that he initially allowed his transmission. Since then it has been updated, she added, “and corresponding measures are taken on the next contact.”

“It is frustrating that a person with a criminal history supposedly destroyed the Capitol and occurred illegally in the Senate Chamber without being detained without custody,” said the Republican spokesman for the house, Lisa Demuth, from Cold Spring. “Anyone who entered a building should be arrested and persecuted because they have violated the law, and I look forward to finding out why this did not take place with this very worrying incident.”

The chairman of the GOP Senate, Mark Johnson from East Grand Forks, also expressed disappointment.

“We live in an increased threat environment,” said Johnson in a statement. “I assume that the security teams of the State Patrol and Capitol security will thoroughly check what happened, and Capitol officials and personnel as well as the public, how the assurances will not be done again.”

The head of the state patrol, Colonel Christina Bogojevic, said that there is no direct indication that the man broke into the Capitol that is open to the public during business hours. She said the officials checked the security video to try to determine his exact whereabouts on the inside.

Bogojevic said the man was free of violence when he was discovered on the Capitol site on Saturday morning, and he was brought back to the same hospital for another assessment.

“The security and well -being of everyone who works in the capital and visit them has our top priority,” said Bogojevic in a statement. “We take this situation seriously and undertake to understand how it happened.”

Legislative and administrative leaders have started discussions about whether the security in Capitol and for the legislator should be tightened according to the shootings on June 14, which Hortman and her husband had left dead, and a senator and his wife were seriously injured. The authorities say that they were attacked by a man disguised as a police officer in their houses.

The alleged shooter, Vance Boelter, 57, from Green Isle, stands in front of federal and state murder and other counts. His lawyer says he is planning not to be guilty in his federal action, which was postponed on August 7th from September 12 to August 7th.
