NEW: Donald Trump wins Wisconsin!

We can now report that Donald Trump has won the presidential election in Wisconsin and will receive the Badger State’s 10 electoral votes. Trump was already considered the winner of the 2024 election because he had already secured Pennsylvania’s electoral votes, thus reaching the 270 votes required for victory. Winning Wisconsin secures that lead, which is on the way to a mandate.

Wisconsin was the focus of much attention from the Republican National Committee in the days leading up to the election. The RNC filed at least one lawsuit against the Milwaukee Elections Commission over concerns about poll watcher access.

This comes right on the heels of the Republican Party’s planned hold on the U.S. Senate. The House of Representatives is still undecided.

According to Decision Desk HQ forecasts, the Republican Party has gained control of the US Senate.

The first change came fairly early in the night when former West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice, a Republican, won that seat, which was vacant after Sen. Joe Manchin resigned.
