Washington (AP) – A legal organization that questioned President Donald Trump’s administration on several fronts was submitted on Friday a up-to-date lawsuit in which the publication of records in the publication of the examination of the sex trade against Jeffrey Epstein was requested.

The Democracy Forward group sued the Ministry of Justice and the FBI for the communication of the high -ranking administrative officials about Epstein documents and all matches between him and Trump.

The lawsuit submitted before the Federal Supreme Court in Washington seems to be the first of its kind. The group states to receive inquiries about the law on the freedom of information for communication about the case at the end of July that have not yet been met.

“The court should urgently intervene to ensure that the public has access to the information they need about this extraordinary situation,” said Skye Perryman, President and CEO of the democratically oriented group, in a statement. The Federal Government often protects records in connection with criminal investigations from the public perspective.

The Ministry of Justice did not immediately respond to a message that requested a comment.

Democracy Forward has submitted dozens of lawsuits against the Republican Management of Trump to question guidelines and executive regulations in areas such as education, immigration and health care.

The case of Epstein has been subjected to an increased public focus since the Ministry of Justice last month that despite the certainty of Attorney General Pam Bondi, it would not publish any additional documents from the case.

The decision triggered frustration and anger at online sheds, conspiracy theorists and elements of Trump’s basis, which had hoped to see the proof of a coverage of the government.

The Trump government has tried to reduce the Grand jury’s transcripts, although this was rejected by a judge in Florida. The US district judge Robin Rosenberg in West Palm Beach said that the request to publish the Grand Jury documents from 2005 and 2007 fulfilled none of the extraordinary exceptions according to the federal law that could make them public.

A similar request for the work of another Grand jury is pending in New York.

The House Oversight Committee has also charged the Ministry of Justice for files for investigation, part of a congress examination, of which the legislature is of the opinion that the legislators could show links to Trump and other former top officials.

Since Epstein’s death in 2019 in a New York prison cell, when he was waiting for sex trade for sex trade, conservative conspiracies have inspired theories about the information about the investigators in the wealthy financier and who else knew about his sexual abuse of girls in teen age.

Trump denied the previous knowledge of Epstein’s crime and said that he cut off her relationship a long time ago and he repeatedly tried to overcome the decision of the Ministry of Justice not to publish the investigation complete. However, the legislator of both gigantic political parties have refused to let go.
