Washington (Nexstar) – The house voted for the criticism of Rep. Al Green (D -Texas) after interrupting President Donald Trump during his speech to the congress. Ten democrats joined the Republicans to condemn him.

Johnson ordered Green to get out of the chamber after interrupting President Trump’s speech.
“I was ready to suffer the consequences,” said Green in a single interview.
Green said that he had protested against concerns about potential cuts against medicaid, but did not regret his actions.
“For some of us, it is important for people to take a point of view for people who do not have health insurance that we have,” he said.
Ten Democrats voted Grün’s criticism with Republicans, but he said that he was not disappointed when he encouraged the legislators to vote freely.
“What I did was a question of conscience for me. Conscientate your conscience,” said Green.
Rep. Joe Wilson (Rs.c), who called “You lie!” While President Barack Obama was addressed in 2009 and complained, the president should be shown respect.

Further interruptions have occurred since then, although not all of them have led to punishment.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) expressed outrage and pointed out in previous cases.

Members of the House Freedom Caucus are now urging the green to head for his committee.
