During Kennedy’s hearing on Wednesday, Senator Jim Lankford (R-OK) confronted him with how he would treat the mandate and the financing of the health and human service department. Kennedy: It is against everything we believe in this country that patients or doctors should not report unwanted events. We need to know what unwanted events are, we have to understand the security of every drug, mifepristones and any other medication.
