3. The United States has a trade agreement with the EU: The United States and the European Union approved a trade framework that places 15% for imports from the EU into the USA and at least for the time being – far higher imports on both sides that could possibly have sent shock waves through economic economies. The announcement occurred on Sunday after Trump and the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, were briefly met on Trump’s golf course.

Collective agreement EU-US-TARIF Agrified champagne producer
A French champagne manufacturer warned on Tuesday that a recent 15% US-EU tariff for wine and spirits could disturb exports and discomfort importers.
“This implementation of the 15% tariff is obviously problematic for me,” said Antoine Chevalier, owner of Antoine Chevalier Champagne House. “It affects the final price of champagne. It affects my importers who obviously have to pay more, and that creates uncertainty about future sales. We find this rate extremely high for the time being.”
Chevalier said the United States made 25% of its business and that there are many orders during the break. He called the measure “a burden” and added: “Yes, I would have liked that there were better or at least fairer negotiations.”
Champagne is protected according to the French AOC rules, which means that it has to be produced in the champagne region. This makes producers more susceptible to tariffs than other sectors.
Chevalier said he didn’t think Americans or Donald Trump “really want to rob our French gastronomy products”. If necessary, he would contact the markets in Europe, Japan or South Korea.

Trump is looking for a quick deposition of Murdoch in the Wall Street Journal complaint about Epstein Story
Trump asks a Federal Supreme Court in Florida, Rupert Murdoch, to force a deposition for the president’s lawsuit against Wall Street Journal within 15 days, citing age and the physical condition of the media mogul.
Trump sued the journal, which Murdoch belonged to the US district court in Südflorida, on July 18 because of his story about the connections of the Republican President to Jeffrey Epstein, the financier and alleged sex dealer for children who died in a New York prison in 2019.
The President’s application for the court on Monday found that Murdoch was 94 years venerable, has suffered several health frames in recent years and is being viewed in New York.

Trump says he ended the friendship with Epstein because he “stolen people who worked for me”
Trump said on Monday that he ended his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein and had thrown the now inflamed financier from his private club in Florida after Epstein had more than revealed him by hiring people who had worked for him.
“He set help and I said:” Never do it again, “said Trump in his golf ownership in Turnberry, Scotland.” He stole people who worked for me. I said, “Never do it again.” He did it again and I threw him out of the place, persona non grata. “
Trump didn’t say what his employees did or where they worked and the White House declined further comments.
But the White House had another explanation for the failing offer.
Steven Cheung, the communication director of the White House, said last week in a explanation: “The fact is that the president threw him out of his club because he is a crawl.”
