New York (AP)-The popular rights podcaster Dan Bongino has built up a career in which sometimes inflammatory jokes against the media, democrats and the federal government are released.
Now the 50-year-aged former New York police officer and US Secret Service Agent will return to the government, which he has so often criticized as the selection of President Donald Trump for the deputy FBI director. He said on Monday that he would soon leave his daily show to take on the new role.
Bongino, who works under the FBI director Kash Patel, has no experience in the leading federal government. Nevertheless, he has mighty opinions about how it should be carried out.
A sample from Bongino’s Podcast comment from last year shows that he is a loyalist for patel and wants to observe extensive changes, from the rooms of the office of people, which he sees as inappropriate, to the redirection of investigations from domestic Extremism.

He finds patel the only viable guide
Before Trump Nominated for the FBI director, Bongino was one of his loudest supporters and argued in his podcast that Patel was the only potential candidate who “goes in there and get this mess”.

According to Bongino, the FBI has to uncover political weapons within the agency and bring agents from the country’s capital to pursue criminals elsewhere in the country.
In January, Bongino asked his millions of listeners, which he refers to as his “Bongino Army” to call their senators on behalf of Patel.
“We don’t get this guy in the FBI, they won’t get any answers at all,” said the podcaster.
He often criticizes FBI employees, past and present
In Bongino’s words, Patel’s predecessor Christopher Wray was “incompetent”, “terrible” and “possibly corrupt”. Andrew McCabe, the former incumbent director of the FBI, who was a key figure in the office’s Trump Russia examination, is an “absolute buffoon”. And the former FBI General Counsel Andrew Weissmann, who worked during Trump’s first term in the team of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, is an “absolute tool bag”.
The podcaster is not shy when it is over the FBI leadership, sometimes rugged. He considers it to be at risk of the agency’s morality to aim for conservative unfairly.
Bongino has also expanded some challenging words in the direction of the current FBI ripen.
