The West Virginia Democratic Party condemned the Republicans of the Senate on Tuesday Farewell to the end of a law on the end of diversity, equity and inclusion programs in the state, The way they did violate the rules of the legislator.

Minutes later, Tarr withdrew the application to suspend the common rule 3 based on a technical error. Another member then moved the previous question in order to take into account the joint application of rule 3 again and to hand over the version of the Senate Act 474 and to vote with 31: 2 to approve the bill.

Senate Bill 474 is the legislative side of an executive regulation that governor Patrick Morrisey provides that it is forbidden to offer people on the basis of their breed, color, ethnicity, country of origin and, in some cases, specific services or opportunities. It reflects a trend that is managed by Republicans nationwide to undermine and end the in all its forms.
